First off, that's a great beat. LOL It's also the last time Cadillac Tah will ever be on the same tape with Dr. Dre.
I thought it was pretty tight, ain't really much to say about it. He had it easy, becasue all he had to do was rip 50's flow and beat, that's an easy way to make a diss track. It always works. I think 50 should expect crap like this, since he's talkin' so much trash. He'll probably diss back and destroy him, though.

Executive producing the album doesn't mean much, Dre didn't do much with those other tracks.. mixing the vocals to the beat at best.

Yeah, Rick Rock did "Symphony in X major" and that was his only dope track.
"D.N.A." was wack, Break Yourself was ok, and Missin U was wack.
Dre probably picked the tracks he had to choose from.. but that being said he should have added some of his own tracks since some of them didn't cut it.
