Title: affirmative action???

ok...lets stir some things up...its been in the news again lately..whats everyone think of affirmative action....personally...i am strongly against it...many years ago it may have been needed but not now....examples...some friends of mine went to take the state police exam here....and you need something like 140 points to be anywhere near the top of the list...well if you are black you automatically get 20 points before you even open your test booklet...that pisses me off...and i know of blacks that it pisses them off cause they think others look at them and think they just get certain positions based on skin color...i could give tons of examples...but im glad to see that affirmative action is being pushed out

Yeah, I think it's overcompensating unfairly.
