Title: Longterm effects of weed
Post by: Bleech on December 06, 2001, 04:45:17 PM
After hearing some of the cuts off of the new Cypress Hill album, this topic sorta popped in my head.  Have any of ya noticed that some of the weed-smokinest muthafuckas in the hip hop game have done nothing but steadily decline since they came out?  On some of Eazy's later tracks he seemed just totally lost and not even interested in what he was rhymin about.  Redman and Bone Thugs have become just totally dismal to the point where their ramblings barely interest the 400,000 or so people that actually pay for one of their albums.  And Cypress, HA HA HA HA HA!  If they haven't fallen off, nobody has.  Snoop seems to be the exception to the rule.  Every once in a while he has a moment of clarity.  Now before you tell me how much weed Dre smokes, you can bet that it's probably NOT a daily activity.  It's just a theory I have.  What do ya'll think?
