He kind of felt that Ice Cube just went with the wind and did it because the whole East vs West blew up and he wondered why he didn't go at the East back when 2pac was in jail and things like that. I think he also said that Cube and them were kind of riding off 2pac's "Hit 'Em Up".

It wasn't so much a beef, he just disagreed with how Cube only started riding for the West Coast against the East Coast with "Bow Down" when he did, almost as if he only jumped on board after Pac did it and dropped Hit 'Em Up. Pac said if Cube really felt that way, why did he only do a song after that point rather than before when Pac was still in jail and when the West Coast was still getting dissed.
