i cant agree with that

big L was nice but im not sure he ever got to peak i know that he never got to show much range, i know rap especially loves the ask bevis line he had...i always felt like jay kinda borrowed big ls rhyme style but still though jay has some lines that still got by me all these years later ill put on a old jay record like damn he was really talking about some other shit.

i love pun and i want to put him on the list but it be a lie if someone said he didnt just kind of carbon copy kool g rap so thats why i put g rap over pun

redman in his hey day was so fucking ill...this thread got me listening to muddy waters and dude is fucking spittin it.

how in the fuck did i leave off rakim...

i thought long and hard abount monch too...

andre is cool but not as good as some say....personally for me big boy>

opio is pretty ill too havent really paid much attention to dude the past few years...wasnt really a huge heiro fan.

i honestly feel canibus deserves to be on this list but i really hate dudes music so i dont list him. i recognize talent but that dont mean i gotta love it.

Nas
Suga Free

I have a lot of honorable mentions, but these five I admire in their own respective ways and are at the top of class in their respective lanes of rap.
