He was saying D12 but he really didn't go at Em & Proof individually and that wasn't really a diss to Dre. Just mentioning what happend with Rage & Hitt. I guess he could take it as a diss.

He's basically saying that Dre fucks people over, and mocks Eminem for being gay with Elton John..
He says something to Proof too, but my RealPlayer fucks up..

Its true. Dre does give false promises. Check Aftermaths history, Check the list of employees (current & former) & then check how many of them got there album out.
I cant blame Death Row on him that was mainly Suges responsibility

tight track, he goes at em, dre and proof, but doesnt really go after eminem and proof hard, and he just basically klowns dre. anyways his left himself open to a full diss record from eminem and so on so then if they do diss him, his response diss will be interestin one to listen

Well,I give the guy his props cos he got balls for sure.He just put about 6+ guys in check, royce is out on his own on this one and the guy is throwin both middle fingers up at em...further more two peeps have monster status (dre n em) but i don't think he did it for publicity before any of you think that.I think this was a kind of beef that has been under the surface for a long time until one of these peeps opened there mouth,so royce did the only thing he knew, which was to fight the best he could,on his own,lyrically.I know you would do the same if u we're him right?! I also would say that this guy got talent aswell.

As for the track... it's good, Eminem would rip it to shreds though, if he ever decides to respond. It benefits from Just Blaze's excellent beat, as Royce's lyrics are nothing out of the ordinary. Doesn't hurt D-12 or Dre or the least bit. But it's a decent attempt at a diss track I guess... I've heard far worse.

hmm royce sounds better than of late.... but he's still not back on original form.... this style also sounds biten - to me a cross between Nas and Crooked or something...

Major props for the MP3 link C2Knuckles, I'm downloading it at the moment, so I'll drop some feedback on it later. He certainly has guts fa sure, and I think he is trying to gain back some of his underground appeal which is sort of lost with some of the songs on both versions of his Rock City album.

And I agree with Navigator, Royce just made the whole D12 look kinda Shady..
They need to come back after this, as Royce made "SmackDown" look like a parody.
And for all we know, Em & Royce planned all this shit, to make publicity for Royce & the new D12-album coming up this summer..
I wouldn't be surprised at all, but we'll probably never know..
As long as we get tight battles, it's all good.
Royce seems tighter than ever, so D12 needs to step up their game..

Eminem was in his video, probably the only reason Rock City (Rock with me) got any video play (at least over here) (I like Royces cd its cool but lets face it, without Eminem he would be just another rapper as far as MTV is concerned), & now he dissin him. Thats BS. & maybe its true what he said about Dre, but Dre has nuffin to do with Royce anyway so why he go at Dre.

dont forget royce was down with aftermath, he was gonna be all over 2001.
The Throne Is Mine.. unreleased collabo... way i be pimpin reportedly pulled and changed to XXplosive because royce penned it (certainly fits his style) .. the only royce related thing that was on 2001 in the end was The Message coz he wrote that for Dre too.
ohh yeah.. i dont get how royce boasting he's on his 4th deal in this track is a good thing...

BTW, Rock City is great album. Take off the 2 Neptunes tracks and the TM track and you got a classic. The second half of it is flawless.

I'm really feeling this diss, it's not as hard as his diss towards Bizarre but it's still pretty cool. I would really love to see Eminem and D12 do a response track and then for the battle to continue, cause a battle like this can only bring out the best in Royce once more.

LoL, I would have to disagree with that one.
How much Royce have you actually heard ??
Take away his Neptunes-tracks and semi-commerical ones, and you got a very strong catalog of tracks.
It's not for nothing that he get credible producers like Alchemist, Premo, Neptunes, Dr.Dre & Trackmasters to produce several tracks each for him..
