and all of a sudden hang overs are becoming unbearable,
what do i do?

drink differently or quit drinking
to avoid hangovers i usually drink shitloads of water, take some paracetamol and then go to sleep (if you aren't already doin so)
i'm pushin' 26 and I just did that two days ago, woke up just fine. when I don't though, it's like I got a woodpecker inside my head.

and I also make sure I eat real good like 1-2 hours before I start drinking, eating after drinking is usually good too but can sober you up too depending on how much you ate/drank
if you smoke cigs, those can cause hangovers or make the one you have worse... in which case you smoke bud instead 8)

Pretty much what others have said. Iam 32 and i just drank pretty hard three days straight. I took the day off work but i dont feel too bad.
Anyways, yep you need to have at least one big solid meal that day, STOP doing shots, stop sculling your drinks, no beer bongs n shit, dont mix your drinks TOO much.
As soft as this sounds, water really really dose help. Drink some water in the day before you start drinking and/or in between alcoholic drinks and importantly drink some water before you go to sleep.
The key is to pace out your drinks, dont go too crazy too soon and if you have a break in between and eat something or have something non alcoholic like even an energy drink it really can make all the difference.

A tall glass of ice cold water, a couple panadol AND a good sleep and you're up and running as normal the next day..... but that's only if you can still stand by the end of your drinking session, lol.
But you know what they say..... the best cure for a hangover is to carry on drinking!

^yeah sleep is important. I didnt go to work cos i had had so little sleep when my alarm went off, infact i think i was stilled pisses when it did.
And it is also true, continuing to drink the next day(or "hair of the dog") often dose work, strangely enough. But if the hang over is severe then this dose not work.

Yeah I'm the same age, crazy how much it changes. I remember being 18 or 19 and never really feeling hungover, you definitely feel that shit now. Like people have been saying, just drink a lot of water throughout the night, and eat some food before falling asleep as well. As far as the next day goes, just more water. I'm just a casual smoker but a good smokeout the morning after is great too.

Yeah iam the same mate. I like scotch and i like red wine but i get too messy and can get too hung over. With beer that dont really happen. Its bad for getting a gut though!
EDIT: oh and i was drinking straight scotch, no ice that other night where i was looking and posting fucked up shit here so i should lay off for those reasons too. Thought i would have been banned after that(well it wasn't the first time either).

i binge drink every summer, but this summer was the hardest to quit, i usually stop around the end of july when the semester is about to start but i didnt stop until the end of august and it was really catching up to me, i gained alot of weight, i was in bad shape, i was always hungover and felt really groggy all the time and just really felt like shit, once i stopped i started working out again, waking up earlier and felt better going to school and work...
binge drinking takes a toll on you as you get older, ive drank only 2 times in October and it was just cus i was going out with friends not drinking all night until i passed out and i still felt better then when i binge drinked all night, you really need to let your body rest every once in a while and kinda detox from all the booze and drugs, you dont wanna be 40 with a shitty liver giving out already

i got really drunk at a party once ripped the fucking mic drank a fifth of sapphire lost my house shoe so im runnin around this party wth one shoe on one off macking on hoes and shit. upon my departure i puke allover my cousins drive way and i fell asleep on the hood of my homies car and shit my pants in my sleep....
this is when i was like 17 after that i kept it always made sure to drink to get a buzz not to get drunk.
