any of you guys been? going in january for my boys 25th birthday. staying at planet hollywood. i know its the down season but airfare and hotels are CHEAP. anybody got some tips or stories?

March 2012, 2 females, me, 2 other dudes. We were staying at the Venetian.
Decided to go see Kreayshawn perform at Tao (Venetian's nightclub).
We were having drinks and dinner before the show started when 2 days of booze and shrimp buffet made me wanna go shit.
Head to bathroom. Find an empty stall, and as I pull a seat cover this thing flies up from the stack of them and hits me. I look on the floor and it was a loaded syringe with what I'm guessing was heroin.
I jump back and a guy who was milling around near another stall comes rushing over to me.
Him: "Fuck dude that's mine my buddy hid it there"
Me: "I almost got stuck you fuckin asshole, why would he hide it there?!?!"
Him: "Sorry dude, just don't say anything alright?"
Me: "So you can do it again and give somebody aids? Fuck that"
Him: "Look, I'm really sorry. Here I got cash on me. Take it, it's about two fifty."
Me: "Deal".
Got paid and didn't get AIDS or throwed off H, and spent the bribe money on an obscenely marked up bottle of cognac at the Kreayshawn show.
Writing this out, it sounds like something that would happen in greasy Reno but all in all it was a good experience.
TAO is a great club/restaurant/pool to go hit up.

No, summer is best for Vegas pool time but honestly there's so much else going on and it's such a great venue for doing drugs that you won't want to just lay around a pool anyway (until the hangover/come down)

Ugh, I hate 2 bring this up but some things in life I must discuss 2 get through it. Hopefully every hooker out there will stay away from entering a room in the excalibur with someone. Early 1991 my history teacher told us a disturbing story about someone he knew that stayed at the excalibur & there was a strange smell in the room. So they checked the bed & it was a murdered hooker inside :( Thankfully they got another room for free.
I haven't been to vegas since 2000 :( last time I went, I won about $460 with tips on how 2 increase chances at the slot machines. Need 2 be back there.

yeah were not really gonna be gambling much. everytime ive gambled in a casino in reno or tahoe just kinda felt like a waste. in tahoe you can kinda sit at the video poker with 5 bucks for an hour and get free beers but thats just kinda to kill time, not what were gonna be doing out there. probably do a lil sports betting though

I can't be bothered with gambling myself either. I did win $500 at Vegas one time.....but I was 16 so I couldnt claim that shit.

Sport bets are a lot more fun. If you don't know how to play poker it's just not interesting and not worth investing money and emotion. Sports are something a lot of us love and care about and can apply knowledge to. Horse races are a lot more fun than cards too imo, hit one up if you can.

i agree....i like fuckin wit sports betting in vegas. other than that, it's blackjack or roulette. the free drinks are always watered down, but still do the job after enough of em.

if i were gonna play a table game it would be blackjack, i play poker sometimes but im not that into it. the sports betting in reno was badass with all the screens and shit i won a lil money too, i bet in vegas its way crazier. may have to check out the horse race betting

ive done both thizz and molly before and liked it, i did coke the first 2 nights and the 3rd one i switched it up and got molly and went to this crazy club, shit was cool at first but its just a weird drug. i wanted to floor to stop melting and shit. im still fried right now i slept maybe 8 hrs in 4 days

i heard from friends Tao was whatevers, i havent personally gone there, we were in line for Tao once, but i got too smashed and there wasnt any yay to sober me up, so i just left and ate some hash house (i forgot it was called the one in Imperial Palace) and KO'd.
I usually go to XS or marquee when we go, but i do wanna see Tao just because i havent been there.
lol, i got a funny vegas story.
i was about 18 or 19, and we were on a vegas trip. We hooked a half ounce of bud, for our weekend vegas trip (since we were younger this was like a short friday-sunday trip) we had our fake IDs, the whole 9. The older homie i was with that was driving was a gambler, he was so excited to go he was speeding the whole way there. After we smoked ourfirst blunt near victorville, we were speeding, and i said "we just passed a cop...." and you can guess what happens next.
so we got all of our bud taken away, only smoking ONE GRAM out of a half, than I got my ID taken away, and we had to come all the way back to victorville to pay for the ticket months later.
so we get to Vegas, i cant drink at the casino or gamble, hell at that point since i looked young i cant even hang around the game to get free drinks. Atleast the home girls we met were hot (they fell off though, whatever it was drugs or too much drinking) but they were hot, one just got a boob job, hot young 19,20 yr old asian bitches who wouldnt like them right (this is relevant to the story later)
so i cant smoke at all we dont have any weed, and i can only drink at the hotel room, so we meet these bitches up, and they're with some homeboys.
they were some from gang or crew (its SoCal/LA, anywhere u go or people you hang with, theres probably gonna be wannabes/gangsters whatever you want to label them as, for them dudes that aint from here) and they looked like lames, but anyways, it was cool, but i thought we were probably gonna get into it with these guys later, because i just felt it in the atmosphere.
so after we drank at their hotel room, we walked the strip, and EVERY dude was looking at these bitches when we were walking down.
i dont know how or why it was just this dude, but some big ass white dude was checking out the homegirls, he looked like those southern college football players (probably was), dude was no joke huge, 6'4 prob around over 250 pounds . I guess he said something because one of the homie said "Sup!? What'd You say?".
He straight put his beer down, and squared up. his 3 homies, who were just regular dudes, got into it with the other dudes we were with, while one the white dudes just bitched up and watch. those dudes were nothing, they got handled.
me and my homies were on this white dude, im the youngest dude, the other is 6ft 1 dude from the army, another is around the same height and weight, and the other homie was short but stocky and swoll and probably had the best hands ive seen. so it wasnt dudes that were just like me, a 5'9 skinny dude.
we were giving it to the dude, at first we kind of all had our go with him, but dude was not getting phased, like a normal dude would of been knocked out cold already. dude wasnt just getting quick jabs, he was getting swings as well. he'd stumble back, but foos were going in and out, because damn one full swing, im pretty sure this dude would be breaking faces.
i finally said fuck it, i just went in and just kept jabbing and swinging non stop to his face, dude didnt even get phased, he picked me up with his hands, faced towards the street like he was gonna throw me into traffic, lol i think he thought twice and he just dropped me on the floor, after that it was couple more seconds of the samething and than finally (after those other dudes beat this guys friends up) one of the other dudes cracked a bottle on top of this guys head. and He FINALLY got his knees, lol he did not drop. i was like goddamn.
by this time i was telling everyone to bounce, it was on the strip of vegas, so it was a fucking burn, and there was a highschool like circle around us, the crowd got a damn free show. lol so we book it and we end up in the MGM, and we're walking around.
we walk to the Parking structure for whatever reason i think we were pumped with adrenaline. and guess what?
we see the same dudes again. his friends were straight. but one of the other dudes (thats not my homie) just straight ran up switched blows and got punched right in the mouth and got knocked back, than it was dejavu pretty much, i punched him in the back of his head, and shit was all bloody from the beer bottle.
after a minute again we bounced, since i realized there was cameras fucking everywhere in vegas including hte parking structures.
so most of us got away, and one of my homies and one of the other dudes was there with the huge ass white guy when the security came.
lol the security was asking if THEY were ok given the size of this white dude.
well thats one of my memorable fight/vegas stories. my bad if its kind of hard to read, but im just remembering it off the top of my head and didnt really want to waste that much time to structure it well.

08-14 isnt a decade. and yeah xs and marquee were the 2 clubs i went to minus strip clubs. luckily i linked up with some real deal hustler dudes in alligator shoes and shit who would come up to the room and hook me up with whatever i needed. i got too faded at marquee and grabbed this asians chick ass who was with her boyfriend, the kid tried to say something to me so like a drunk idiot i said i was gonna kill him, his bitch ass ran and told the bouncers bit those dudes were on my side and hooked up a free drink. xs was the club i was rolling at and that shit was a trip and a half

everytime i do it i get some sort of form of regret, unless of course i only do a bump to sober me up a little bit to take more shots, drink more shots and than ktfo.
i just hate the downing and the sleeping shit. mostly the sleeping, it drives me nuts.
i cant believe i drank and had yay sessions when i was a kid and i had to wake up 5 to go to slave labor community service (J.A.W.S.) if anyone knows what that is.
it makes the movie/book holes look like a damn picnic (depending on the probation officer you got)

Lol I hear that. If I go hard during the day I definitely want a nap if I'm planning on doing anything later. But the older I get the more difficult that gets, so normally if there's something going on during the day I'll just have a couple drinks to save myself for later.

honestly lim not even trying to brag about it cuz im only 24 and im sure my liver is already shot but i can handle alcohol better than anyone i know. i drink 8-10 beers on an average day and if im really drinking i can put it down

Tao gets way too packed. I like it better than XS, Surrender & Encore Beach. I haven't hit Hakkasan yet. I've heard that's a good spot.
