Roccy reached out to me and called Thursday night to dead the L.A.M.B. beef. I don't know if you heard me but I shouted out LAMB in the beggining. So that's my gesture to end the beef it's up to Sccit if he wants to accept or not. Next time maybe I will shout out DUBCNN or Sauce before my battle or just give praise to Allah.

This is only my second time battlin against in the KC circuit, so they aren't going to put me up against top tier until I prove myself first against other newbees.

anything goes in these battles. You can freestyle or you can use writtens. The first time I mostly freestyle but this time I had more time to plan and it was like a 70/30 split between writtens and freestyles. The guy I was battling was definitely spittin writtens because he even had his notepad with him there at the venue. I think he just forgot a lot of his shit once he hit the stage.

Yo Cham.. I take your criticism as legitimate these days and appreciate your feedback dawg. No more beef with you from my side although we will continue to disagree. That being said I will answer your question straight.
I did prepare some lines for this last battle, so it was more of a 50/50 mix between freestyle and some prepared lines. Remember it was only my second organized battle event. The first event it was mostly all freestyle and I learned so much from that one. Same with this. So to answer your question I am trying to figure out the right balance between freestyle and written and just need more experience...

But in battle they won't know so I have to try my best to stay away from that word and hope it doesn't accidently come out in freestyle as I will be battlin a black dude this time. And keep this in mind. The guy I beat in my first match was not invited back again after that week. The guy I beat in this second match is not being invited back for the upcoming week. Yet both of those guys had won their previous match before me. My point is that yes, those guys suck, but I also was able to impose my will and cause them to forget lines and give up and become weak. I'm not bragging because I agree that they were weak opponents, just sayin though.....
My next opponent will be a black dude and I can't promise he will be a formidable foe. What I can tell you is that after him I will be 3-0 and that will gaurantee me a matchup against the middle to top tier.

I did some of that tonight. I'm 3-0 now. This dude started out in the first round claimin he was a crip and threw his blue bandana at me and shit like that.... So I responded in my round that he was a "Street Rapper/ Street rapper/ reppin your block/ but probably couldn't name me even one city in Africa".... and went from their with some Moorish Science Africa stuff
Then in the 3rd round he was saying shit like he was gonna throw me in the CEEE... and so I responded that "I've already seen the sea, I've seen both sides of the Atlantic/ and you ain't seen both sides of state line/ that's why you can't kick knowledge when you rhyme"....then I dropped the KRS defintion of hip-hop on him and said... "Hip is to know and hop is the movement and if you don't know that dawg than why do you do it".... "How can you rhyme words when you never read a book/ you say you crippin but that's only on facebook/ I got you shook...."

Have you ever listened to cats like Vinnie Paz or Jus Allah spit? Doesn't Vinnie Paz have a line in Servants in Heaven Kings In Hell where he raps something like, "Battle anyone who disgraces Islam/ Fuck America I'd rather stay in Iran".... I think Yatz line was pretty mild compared to that. Also, Yatz really is from Afghanistan, so when his opponent was clownin him on some "Your the son of Jackie Chan" type of shit I thought Yatz was pretty clever to flip it on him and rap, "son of Jackie Chan?/ get it right bitch I'm from the Taliban!"

Actually there's a little truth to that, his family is Hazara and I think most Taliban are Pashtun so they are kind of seperate sides of Afghanistan that why Yatz looks a little Chinese rather than Pakistani people that share that border with Afghans... so sometimes people like the dude Yatz was battlin think he's Chinese or somethin

Yeah its kind of dumb... only for the Main event and Title match do they choose a winner by crowd applause type of thing on the spot....
But they actually have judges who judge the battles afterwards later, its a flawed system but ultimately it cokes to the two best battlers with the largest rep kind of call the shots or if they don't want to decide they appt like three judges, kind of confusing but anyway they gave the battle to Yatz 8)
