I would have believed it too but then "Apple" is a corporation. Dre is a "person" so by personal he means person to person. Although that's debatable there is no question when he Tweeted "TUPAC YOU WERE RIGHT ON THE MONEY", which I guess implies that Dr Dre isn't there for his people. He's probably done a lot of ghostwork for Dr Dre. In fact, he HAS done a lot of ghostwork for Dre lol. That we know of even out with all the overseeing on projects, there has been physical hands on and engineering work done. What this most likely is, is that Quik has not been paid (historically he would have been, unlike the other artists and producers in the past) and has finally got served by Dre and is just another in a long line of disgruntled people. I told you all, Dre is a snake and he is a selfish piece of sh*t. He no longer needs the "ghost writers" and "ghost producers" or "engineers" propping him up. He got Apple in his corner now

I think he's trying to imply that that guy who says "...But Dr. Dre" is either Quik's voice or someone imitating Quik. I think he's reaching and I'm pretty sure Quik and Dre had started working together by this point.
