Wasn't there an Unreleased Album by E-40 circulating on the internet in the early 2000's. I thought I remember downloading it back then. Or do you only want official albums?

in my humble opinion, B-Legit's Hemp Museum is "more bumpable" than anything solo E-40 albums ever released. E-40 is a brilliant rapper but is too avant garde and eccentric and sometimes his albums are not well sequenced, cohesive albums you can bump from front to back repeatedly. every album has its share (sometimes big, sometimes not so big) of dope songs, classics, slaps etc. but you always have fillers or weird songs in between. that's because E-40 is an innovator and always trying out different stuff but The Hemp Museum is just mobb music at its peak with that classic sick wid it sound with no filler and plenty of classics. This album and Killa Kali are two of Sick Wid It's very best releases. While Heat 4 Yo Azz and Tryna Get a Buck had that early Sick Wid It signature sound, still dope as fuck, but not as accessible as their sophomore efforts.

please help, is this official or a bottleg?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Suga-T-Gettin-It-CD-used-/111571995749?pt=Music_CDs&hash=item19fa358c65
the cover not the same as this:

Is it something like bad azz Executive Decision (Business, Nothing Personal) album with the 2 diff cover?
