nice list but NBN are from Jersey.

as for myself, my favorite NY rappers are Jeru the Damaja, Afu Ra, Guru (even though he's from Boston really, he always repped Brooklyn), Cormega, AZ and Masta Ace. I like it when rappers keep it simple and eloquent. I also like mcs who spit wisdom lol, i guess i'm a boring dude.

NBN is from jersey..10 min from Ny..basically NY scene.
