impeccable trolling as always. I know I'm feeding the troll but :

just cause u relate to 2pac's music, know vaguely the discography of 4 artists and do cyphers with bums in the streets of KC don't mean u have any legitimacy or authority to speak on hip hop. at the end of the day you have your opinion and that's fine but i hope you're aware that your opinions are not very credible cause of the inconsistencies in what you say and the huge shortcomings you have when it comes to hip hop knowledge. so quit actin' like a hip hop historian cause you listened to some Crucial Conflict album when it came out cause it's pathetic and I hope that as a 30+ year old you have the maturity to realize that and the ability to humble yourself. you're not knowledgeable in rap (at least no more than most regular posters in here) and being holier than thou and spewing random shit about the 5 percenters, the Holy Qu'ran and KRS One won't make change this or even make you look wiser. Your ego is getting the best of you. take it easy and stop trying to overcompensate. they say acceptance is the first step ;) it's a pity cause you can be insightful at times, but your mood swings and your ego make you sound dumb on the dub. just saying.

Let me join the festivities:

Tupac here, Suge there, Eminem is so great because BLA BLA BLA. You talk about backbone and how people have lost it or never had it but you build your whole life around what some STRANGERS have said. What about your hilarious backpedaling after you realized people might get offended cause they don't get the difference in nigga and nicca. So at first you think it's cool to say nigga as a white person because some random dude gave you permission (who is KRS anyways to allow you to use it?) then you get cold feet and change it to ficca. Where is the backbone in that? Just hilarious. I want to use this moment and say thank you. I been rolling with this ficca thing for some time now and it's just priceless.  I know you treat this forum like a stage. It's where you can showcase yourself and do stupid threads like this. Who the fuck are you to think you are in some position to make a thread like this? "Yall gonna miss me" lol really? Yes, people will miss you but not for the reasons that you have in mind. You are an attention whore. Not any different than Krazy with his pedo stuff. Just in your case you promote your unhealthy relationship to DR and your inability to let go. And please, stop separating Nik from his old self and his current self. The dude probably hasn't changed and hopefully doesn't pull stunts like you with that Mekkan Refugee/Infinite shit. IF you have beef then go in full war mode don't go the bitch way and leave some backdoor open in case things get better. For fucks sake. And it doesn't matter anyway what I say cause you have your moment, as you ride off in the sunset thinking you proved a point. lol. Just to come back a day later as some other character.

For the odd chance of you REALLY leaving this forum I have 2 things to say that I really mean:

A) Props for being the best troll ever OR
B) Please visit a doctor and get some help before it's too late for your child too.

I'm still doing hiphop man, released this a month ago : http://youtu.be/i2XMZbzxWbY

I put out what feels good whether it be hiphop, rock, funk, soul...whatever genre you place it under, classify I as real. All words and stories are real and from the heart. I've grown over time and I choose to do what feels good, and positive. Most of what I've released recently solo has involved a lot of soul searching and figuring out who I am. Growing through art and music is the route I choose to go and it works for me. If you're looking for the AlerG material from 2002 my suggestion would be to bump 'The Season'. I've grown and matured. Those songs are great to reflect on as an era of my earlier years, but that's where they say. I'd make arguments now against some of the ways I chose to express my feelings at that time, but it also proves growth and maturity.
I guess my suggestion to you would be to look back at sept 96 as an amazing time for music, but embrace sept 2014. There are a lot of under the radar artists putting out incredible music you could probably sink your teeth into.

Oh and here's a hiphop verse I dig from a song 'you should've told me' I haven't released yet. You'll see the skills are still there, rhyme pattern and flow, I'm just choosing to write deeper :

I've been riding an emotional roller coaster
Wondering where I stand when the show is over
Love is all I got left, gotta hold her closer
I need to find a happy place I can go for closure
I told em I could lead em to a promise land
I broke down and fell apart, being honest man
Now my ghosts from the past got me haunted, damn
Where the fuck did I go wrong with the plan
I was thirsting for a taste of the devils juice
A rebel loose  got hung by the devils neuse
Snake bit, running lost with poisoned veins
It was never my plan to put my boys in chains
But it happened though, did I take a right
When I should've made a left, now I lay at night
Mind fucked, derailed from following goals
Blinded by the light she swallowed me whole

Music is love.

Before I move any further into your post, let me cut you off an explain my evolution from a nicca to a ficca....

I didn't run from the word nicca cause of public backlash here at the forum, the reason I flipped the script was because I started doin some real hiphop shit (as opposed to Sccitles and Pigey recorded track #327 off an unreleased album) and started doin my rounds in the local battle circuit.

So doin life battles, the niccas around my way lacked the insight to know when I rapped "nicca" in a freestyle I was doin it with the double CC... cause its spoken word not written... ya heard??

So this was a problem cause it was slippin out in my freestyles, in fact when I was in LA I was in a cipher with Klientel and I was spittin "nicca" this "nicca" that it just came out in my raps... which by the way for all that noise Sikotic used to make at the forum about "one day your gonna say nicca around the wrong person and get your ass kicked" ain't nobody said a word or batted an eye when "nicca" would come out in my freestyles because KRS already done signed off on the words legality for whites in hiphop...

But still bein in KC we got some fools who don't know that KRS sanctioned the word "nicca" for whites in hiphop and you never know if someone might take it the wrong way.... so this posed a problem once I started doin my rounds in the local battle scene...

Until I had an epiphany bumpin the joint from Gridlocked "Out The Moon" LBC Crew and 2pac...and reading some posts at the forum I was put up on game about how Pac (RIP God Bless the Dead) used to insert the word "FIGGA" on radio edits of tracks like "OUT THE MOON".

And just like that the word "ficca" has now made its way into the popular lexicon here at DUBcc and everything is everything

This is nothing more than what the Honorable Elijah Muhammad described as "white imperialist thinking" as a result of you being "trained" in the public school education system.  That's why as much as Elijah Muhammad advocated for "buildin" he also advocated for the process of "deconstruction" for people like yourself you first have to deconstruct your white mind, and make yourself empty before the knowledge of Allah can enter into your cipher...

Because had I been reppin the Beatles of some white groups, who have love and support from fans long after their careers had ended, not a word would be said..... but since I'm paying tribute to the legacy of black musifrom Death Row (on a west-coast hiphop message board, mind you)... you say I need to "grow up" and "let go".....

Same goes for AlerG callin it "growth" once he starts makin white music... if you want real growth then why not expand into genres like Reggae.. Dre showed a lot of growth by addin Ital Joe into the mix at Death Row... or better yet you can "grow" and "evolve" by insertin other elements of hiphop into your music, because as KRS says hiphop is the oldest and most enlightened form of music even the ancient Egyptians were scratchin chisels into rock or writin graffiti with their heiroglyphics on pyramids into rock.... word up

Why do you bring race in this? This has absolutely nothing to do with it. It's about you being so blinded that you believe everything your idols say and defend every shady stuff they ever did. Doesn't matter if it's a black person or a white person, Tupac or John Lennon. If you'd be into Lennon then you would behave the same way. So this doesn't have anything to do with race or the specific people in question (Suge, Eminem Pac etc.) but how fanatic you are about it. You even accuse  AlerG of selling out because he didn't evolve the "right way". How could he dared to take his music into a rock direction instead of reggae? That is racist on your behalf. That is the blind following I'm talking about. So you happen to lean more to the black culture and if anyone doesn't agree with what you think is right, they are selling out are wrong or whatever. Do you realize how ignorant that is? It's not possible to have a discussion with you about any topic that you have strong positive feelings about because you defend it to a degree where all impartiality is out of the window. You associate yourself way too much with them (DR, Eminem etc), probably thinking that something of them rubs off to you or something. That's how it comes across at least.

And explain that "white imperialist thinking" to me please. Like I said, it doesn't have anything to do with race. I'd say the same thing if you repped Creedance Clearwater Revival like that. Saying how John Fogerty was the incarnation of Jesus or whatever. If anything then you are brainwashed, blindly believing anything that your idols did was great. And I understand that, it's human. But don't bring stuff up like that and expect people not to point out the contradictions between what you say and what you do.

Like the ficca thing, as you said, you decided to replace nicca with ficca because people might not have noticed it when you said it in your battles and mistook it for nigga. I get that. But how can you accuse others of not having a backbone when you do that yourself? That is exactly the opposite of having a backbone. Like, let's create some scenario: You use the word nigga because KRS allowed whites to use it in hiphop. Someone confronts you about it because they think it's not right for a white person to say it. Then what? You explain to him that KRS allowed you to use it? How do you think that comes across? If I have backbone then I don't need anyone "allowing" me something.

Hey jackass  while we were doing that 'white' music we did a little touring with KRS One, Cypress Hill, Everlast, among many other greats. You speak on stuff you know nothing about, you are hilarious. I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt and explain myself but I see it was a waste of time. Like clearly a troll though lol.

There was a time I thought maybe dude was just fucked up mentally, but then I realized if he was truly disturbed mentally, by this point in his life he'd either have killed himself or killed others via random shooting. Ticking time bombs like that go off before the age of 25. He's older than that, making him a troll.

Let me join the festivities:

Tupac here, Just in your case you promote your unhealthy relationship to DR and your inability to let go.

Yo... you took me the wrong way dogg... so I'm gonna explain myself because you did always give me the benefit of the doubt and I appreciate that...  and then if you still want to call me a jackass and shit like that then I guess it is what it is and I have yet another enemy at the forum.....

But I already told you not to listen to me, that you got to do you, and you got to do what is best for you and your career and make whatever kind of music you want to make.  But by the way, this is a music website where people post their opinions, views, on music, and although I like you on a personal level and really liked the hip-hop shit you were doing at the forum back in the day, I never liked your Rock shit.  I don't like Rock music, period.

But that's just me dogg, don't take it personal, even 2pac had people that didn't like his music and thought he should be doing something else (I disagree with those people, and I do think it is false when people attribute "growth" to white genres, but I digress...).

You were the homie so naturally I would want to reconcile with you... but this is exactly the problem.  You would see it as me "recognizing my wrongs" and not see the heart and soul behind it all.  So the beef continues as a result of your lack of insight.

"Very trivial, perhaps, this anguish seems to weather-worn mortals who have to think of Christmas bills, dead loves and broken friendships, but it was not less bitter to 2pac - perhaps it was even more bitter - than what we are fond of calling antithetically the real troubles of mature life. ‘Ah, my child, you will have real troubles to fret about by and by,’ is the consolation we have almost all of us had administered to us in our childhood, and have repeated to other children since we have been grown up. We have all of us sobbed so piteously standing with tiny bare legs above our little socks, when we lost sight of our mother or nurse in some strange place, but we can no longer recall the poignancy of that moment till we weep over it, as we do over the remembered sufferings of five or ten years ago. Every one of those keen moments has left its trace and lives in us still, but such traces have blent themselves irrecoverably with the firmer texture of our youth and manhood; and so it comes that we can look on at the troubles of our children with a smiling disbelief in the reality of their pain."

My previous post wasn't meant to diss you infinite or make any enemies. It's just frustrating to read your assumptions when you haven't a clue what it took to take us the places we went.

Anyway Jack you're right we had a song on the 'Scary Movie 5' soundtrack. If you watch until the end of the movie our song 'Ready For War' kicks in as Charlie Sheen has a threesome. Even getting those contracts worked out took upwards to a year. Initially they wanted three of our songs but like most things in the industry when things come to fruition it's a lot different than original plans.

Anyway here's the music vid for that song if anyone's interested. Although its a rock sound our music was still very hiphop : http://youtu.be/7jwCyr0A2x0

On a funny little touring side note, on the first date of a solo Sen Dog tour (that's how we made our Cypress Hill connections, we toured with them later that summer) I believe we were in Milwaukee. Backstage Sen Dog thought I was the long haired dude from TMZ and he was keeping his distance, it wasn't until I introduced myself that he knew I wasn't. He was laughing hard and I had no clue why until he told me, we immediately became friends and he became a pivitol mentor for my band and I. We would talk for hours on the road about life, music and relationships among everything else guys talk about on long drives. He rolled in our tour van for a part of that tour because the vehicle he was supplied broke down. Of course we gladly took him in and picked his brain about anything we could think of. We were so broke on that tou because this was our third straight national tour in a row, since there was little time in between tours we had barely any time to work and make money for the road. Anyway this tour was in Feb-March so it was cold as hell, a few of the shows turnouts were lacklustre so we weren't making enough in merch sales to afford a hotel. When Sen found out us six guys were sleeping in our van in parking lots he invited us to bring our shit in their two rooms and sleep on their floors. From there it only got more amazing and we'd learn what a stand up guy and amazing human being Sen and his crew were. He started asking for more food and beer on his riders and would tell us what's his is ours. So here we are with Sen and his boys rolling around the US when I gathered up the balls to ask him if it was cool if we left our gear on stage and we come back up to close out his show with 'How I Could Just Kill A Man'. We had been performing the Rage Against The Machine version of it for years on the road and it would usually be the tipping point to get us over with an unfamiliar crowd. Anyway, the Detroit show was coming up on our tour which th closest to our hometown and he said let's do it. He said the last time he performed that version was with Rage years and years ago so he wasnt completely sure how it went. Boots and I assured him our cues would be on point and he would know what was going on. To think about it now I have to chuckle at how ballsy and sure of ourselves we were telling a hiphop legend not to worry, we'll hold it down and it'll be amazing. We had become very close and his trust in a group of long haired Canadian white boys was definitely established. Once he gave the ok, we got on the horn telling our hometown fans they gotta make the trek if they have the free time. In two days notice about 35-40 fans made it and the performance was incredible. Sen came up to me backstage with a big blunt in hand and told me It felt 'euphoric' performing with us (if I'm lying I'm dying). From there on out we performed kill a man for the rest of the tour together.

Anyway there's a couple stories. Have a good one :)

I was offered many times from b real, sen, bobo, and all the cypress crew to smoke but I gave it up many years earlier to focus on my voice and eliminating any possibilities of damaging it on the road. Trust me, they are very generous and laid back. Well spoken and cordial. There's a reason why they've been around as long as they have. Talent will get you far, combine it with being good people others always want you back. The last time we partied was after a show in Detroit, from what I remember we started out by ordering 16 or 24 budweisers lol. Whatever amount it was the tray the waitress was carrying was over capacity haha. Never a dull moment.

The last time we partied was after a show in Detroit, from what I remember we started out by ordering 16 or 24 budweisers lol. Whatever amount it was the tray the waitress was carrying was over capacity haha. Never a dull moment.

can't believe you didn't smoke just once with them

ayo tell a story about twiztid

Nah some of the others in the band did however. They respected why I didn't smoke, also at the time one of our other members had quit drinking for many years and they were always respectful of that.

Anyway a little Twiztid story. For those of you who know how the touring part of the industry works, you'll know what I mean when I say a 'buy on'. For those of you who don't, when you aren't too well known in the business if you're hungry you'll do whatever you can to cut your teeth and make a name for yourself. That's where we were. We were offered an opportunity to buy on the tour, meaning we pay to play. I'm not going to go to deep into logistics but I can honestly say the day we put the key in ignition and head towards Kansas City for the first date of our two month tour we were already well over $20,000 on the hole. This did not include any previous debt. Anyway when we crunched numbers meaning buy on, gas, hotels, tolls, oil changes, random shit for the tour van among other shit we figured we had to sell minimum $600 a night in merch to break even. Before this tour a good sales night was $200-300. We learned very quickly that first night on the road how different the juggalo culture was. We had definitely underestimated what we had gotten ourselves into. That first night we sold $275 worth of merch and immediate panic set in, no bullshit. With those types of numbers we'd be broke and on our ass before half the tour was overlol (on a side note Tech Nine came out to that first show and went out of his way to tell us he thought we were dope, which sounds so cool now but at the time I couldn't spend time patting myself on the back).. This is where the animal instinct kicked in and songs like 'Machine' were written : http://youtu.be/x5H6AHpFGaY I can totally understand what Jay-Z meant when he said 'I Will Not Lose'. Bowing out with our tails between our legs would be losing, and after all the hype we generated with our fans previous to this tour it would totally kill the momentum we worked our asses off for. Anyway I spent that night awake, driving, thinking of ways to approach how we come off to their fans. We can't just be this fun funk/rock band, we have to be aggressive like no one can touch us, or fuck with us. Once the doors open we had to go for heads, shit was all business from there on out. I'm not fucking going home, so I will do whatever the fuck I can to sell our music and keep us out here. I looked at it like I was doing them a favor anyhow, the music of ours I was selling them was great, they were going to be happy regardless, and they were. From there I got into my guys heads, we were going to greet every motherfucker who walked through that door, introduce ourselves, establish a relationship, let them know who we were and when we performed. It was ducking tiring, on a slow night there are 450 people through the door which is a lot of ground for 5 guys and a roadie to cover. I lead by example, you can't be shy, you have to be confident, and when you hit that stage you better bring your best or it was all for nothing. The second night in Tulsa, OK we sold just under $500 in merch (so there's potential light in this tunnel). Or is there?

Haha I feel like I'm writing a book for y'all. I'll write some more later and get more in depth with this tour if you like. After all this is after 2 of 40 shows haha. To anyone trying to make it in this business, a lot of these words probably hit home, and if so, it's worth taking the time to write them. Have a good day.

Awesome story. So, when will we see you in the Smokebox with B Real? 8)

The third and fourth shows on that tour were Denver and Colorado Springs respectively. For anyone who had extensively toured, it's awesome and such a break when you have cities located this close to each other. We arrived in Denver and it was pandemonium. Up until this point I had never seen a pre show lineup like this one. There were probably 4-500 fans waiting outside for the doors to open, and the closer it got the more people gathered. Juggalo's are a different breed of music fan. They gather and scream chants for hours on end while painting each others faces and dumping faygo soda all over themselves. It never made alot of sense to me, maybe because the idea of being sticky all night sounds like hell. But some of the craziest shit in music history didn't make much sense so we just rolled. Anyway th me venue was interesting, it was multiple levels and had rooms and pieces or so it seemed all over the place. It was absolutely packed come show time and I remember talki g backstage with the guys, we did this before every show, pretty much just a pre-game. There was a vibe in the air and it was easy to notice this was an aggressive crowd. So we were going out there with our heaviest shit, the plan was to get them moshing and crowd surfing and take it from there. The plan worked well actually, nobody had a clue who we were and 5 minutes in the place was erupting. This was one of the nights I really got an idea of how to work a crowd, feeling them out and giving them what they want. After this show it was honestly like a carnival, we had new fans as usual around our table but on this night it was just wilder and freakier than the first two shows. A dominatrix chick had a grown ass man tied up with a dog collar around his neck and she walked him around lol. I asked them about it and he talked about itand loved it she never broke character. I also started noticing the abundance of facial tattoos, this was before they were all over tv and part of pop culture. Essentially I began to expect the unexpected. I think this was the night a girl dressed up in all leather walked up to me at the merch table and before saying hello slapped me across the face, really hard, and told me she loved me. Just absolute anarchy lol.

Gotta head out but on a side note, I forgot to mention the first show in KC we witnessed a girl break her leg in half. It was insanely gross and the pain she was in was brutal. Medics came and gurneys her off and barely anyone blinked an eye, the show never stopped and that's just what it was. I've never seen anything like that before or since, nor would I want too.
