Spring water can also be mineral water.

We have polluted the nature to an extend that we at home cook our water before we drink it.

thats actually not a bad idea....boil your water and let it sit in the fridge before consumption.

If you watch the video DG speaks on that.
Says that animals wont drink tap water that has just come out the tap, that they walk around it and waits for a while until the nasty stuff has evaporated.
Chlorine and fluoride has a different chemical structure that makes them rise up.

I always found water that I boil and cool to have a unpleasant taste.

Yes I do. I never noticed the taste. maybe I got used to it.

You can also use this method.. which is more expensive.

Aladin,

Brita filters are specifically designed not to remove the bad chemicals.

To do that you need 5-stage Reverse Osmosis. Anything less than 5 stages of filtering will not work.

The more stages (number of filters) the better, but also the more stages the longer it takes.

I know because I bought my Mom a filter system.
