Redman Samples Westcoast Sound Next LP - 4/4/2003
Redman is in the lab putting the finishing touches on his untitled sixth release set to drop this summer. The Brick City Bandit told The Source, "I went outside for production this go round for a different feel. I got Fred Wreck from the West Coast, Socrates, Scott Storch, Black Key, JellyRoll, and MegaHertz. Rocwilder and Erick Sermon did their thing on there too."
Redman's likeness is also featured on the Def Jam Vendetta video
game, which dropped Tuesday, and he is currently rocking alongside his Def Squad brethren Keith Murray and Erick Sermon on Keith's hit single 'Yeah Yeah You Know It" from Murray's self titled album dropping April 29. Red added, "We're also working on the new Def Squad album and it should be out by the fall. Keith and Erick are both on my album …we're gonna push this Def Squad thing and we're utilizing each others albums to step up."

So fucking what, we don't put Snoop Dogg in OUTBOUND because he uses Neptunes, Hi-Tek and DJ Premier on his album do we ??
Retard..

Listen, idiot...There was no reason for you to move this...I personally think you moved it because it makes you feel more powerfull... but honestly, what was the point?...This could have been posted on both sections of the board...Just look at the title; "Redman samples Westcoast sound..."...The whole topic was focusing on the Westcoast sound and producers Redman is using...Just admit it...You moved this because it makes you feel more powerfull...There's no other logical reason I can think of...

Sounds dope, I can't wait to hear Redman over a dope Fred Wreck beat.

NIK stop whining like a little bitch what does it matter anyway?

I wish he'd just keep his production team of himself, Erick Sermon and Rockwilder.
Those three are all you need for a great Redman album.

Seven years ago I would agree with you, but E Double's production has been lacking off late and it doesn't help Redman either now.
Besides, Red has put out some wack shit the last couple of years. I just don't feel it anymore.

I think Erick Sermon did a great job on Redman's last album, he did most of the good beats on Malpractice with:
"Diggy Doc"
"Lick A Shot"
"Real Niggaz"
"Da Bullshit"
"J.U.M.P."
"Wrong 4 Dat"
"Bricks Two"
"Soopaman Luva Part 5 (Part I)"
Redman was good with the beats before but he made the weaker ones on this album, along with DJ Twinz ("Muh-f***a").
