Yeah actually I'm not sure if it's still 1 federally. I live in Seattle so it's legal, but I'm not sure if it's been been softened up elsewhere.

It varies wildly. The legal stores are out of control expensive, but the prices are forecast to go down in the near future. Street shit is in the 100's for some reggie, $230 or so for some really loud.

$160 is the bare minimum here in TN for loud. Most people are paying between $250 - $300 to up. I introduced them to the source who was quoting me at $220, and then, it was stolen by some corrupt ass motherfuckers.
