How do you change a MPGA file into MP3 ???

Got to be honest I've never come across mpga before but from what I have just read simply renaming the file mp3 should do what you need.  Holla if it doesn't work and I'll find out more.

Heres the message I read which worked for the guy trying to do the same thing as you :

"according to http://filext.com/m.htm .mpga is an mp3

i suggest you rename it to an mp3, but do this first:

My Computer >> Tools menu >> Folder Options >> View >> UNCHECK "Hide extensions for known file types""
