On the surface yeah, but outside of that, the 49ers are a mess. It's a GM and owner that ran Harbaugh out of town, and perhaps more importantly dude straight lost the locker room last year, kinda hard to envision being "the guy" again after falling on his face the way he did. Would be interesting to see how he would do in Chip's system but it makes sense if you think about it.
