Crisstyle claimed so on his soundcloud page 4 years ago, but that song has been around for ages on his reverbnation etc profiles and was never advertised as a Dr Dre instrumental

Haven't put much attention to dude aside from his track with Eastsidaz, so I really don't know - same goes for Riff Raff I guess (never ever listened to one song from him).

I see. A serious question will get a serious answer then.
Raff and this guy are 100% definitely not the same person. For a start, they don't even look the same so whoever made up the story is just bullshitting you. For more concrete proof, there are interviews with Crisstyle and he doesn't come from or has ever lived in the same places that Riff-Raff lived, grew up, etc.
Both did completely different things in their youth too, this guy was setting up his home studio while Raff was playing ball. You get the gist
