There's quite a few rappers who may not be brought up very often in conversation, and may not be too well known or the most lyrical or whatever, but have great sounding rapping voices. This is a non-exhaustive list of who I think has the most interesting or 'different' voices in rap:
B-Legit
CPO Boss Hogg
Six-Two
Xzibit
Trae The Truth
Tyler, The Creator
Who does everyone else think deserves to be on the list? Or taken off?

I was in a rush when I made my list, forgot Messy Marv, Jeezy, Jadakiss, Gibbs & Freeway. although Freeway's voice can get annoying at times. the most annoying "raspy" voice being Young Noble in my opinion.
I'd like to add
Herm Lewis (although technically not a rapper)
Homicide
Juvenile
Keith Murray
King George
Eight ball
MC Eiht
Nuttso (Oakland's Nuttso)
OG Cuicide
Ray Luv
Sean T
Yukmouth
DJ DMD
Xzibit
Big Sant

well with Mac Dre and Cam it suits their styles which makes them unique to me, if that makes any sense lol
gotta throw Devin The Dude on my list too
-
Slick Rick
The D.O.C

I always found B Real's voice to be the most interesting. I knew an underground rap group in the 90's called the Creeps, and they both tried hard to both sound like B Real. To be honest, they stayed underground because too much B Real was WAY too annoying. It's why you need Sin Dog to balance that high pitch voice.
Of others:
DMX
E-40
Mystikal
Juvenile
Tech N9ne
Biz Markie
Sticky Fingers
Sadat X
Swizz Beatz
and of course Snoop Doggy, Doggy, DOGG
I think with some, I thiink their flow is what makes their voice special. Like Q Tip. Tip to me sounds laid back, but that flow is ungodly. Like Q Tip's flow might be the smoothest in the game, all time. And because of that, he sounds unique.

Spider Loc's voice was pretty dope before he fell off and got wack

I also forgot Nas on my list, another obvious lol

Big Syke is another rapper that I forgot to mention; definitely one of the more unique voices.
