Like so many other aftermath signees before him, he's been saying it's due to drop. I remember him saying it was coming soon like 15 months ago....dre was putting finishing touches on it 11 months ago...
Looks like couple videos been shot tho, some photography for the album artwork, promos etc.

Is Anderson .Paak signed to Aftermath though? "Malibu" wasn't released on Aftermath even though it came out after "Compton" and had producers like DJ Khalil, Hi-Tek and Dem Jointz on it.

theres sposta be an anderson paak aftermath release comin next .. he signed in 2016.

im honestly hoping some music gets released for Defiant Ones....
long shot but Allen Hughes responded "that's a good question" or something coy like that when asked if any music release would accompany the documentary.

He gets hyped for new artists, throws them on his compilation, then they usually go into the musical abyss....and yes, a Hittman album in 2001 would have been great.

i really thought mez connor and paak we’re droppin in aftermath after compton came out

the only artists somewhat successful from that album ended up bein paak and marsha ambrosius

seems like there are lots of factors... many artists who left blame their own impatience.. but also, didn't hittman blame internal/label forces?
its becoming almost a self-fulfilling prophecy. jon connor posts motivational quotes on fb, and all the replies have now turned into is.. WHERE'S THE ALBUM
its sadly, becoming laughed at like another detox...
