Could Daz actually win this suit?
If he could, then hundreds of rappers could sue other rappers for borrowing a line or two.
My guess is that Daz has learned enough about lawyering that he expects Interscope to pay him 10K or 20K just to shut up and not waste more of their money on a full-blown law case (which Daz would lose, but which would waste more of Interscope's money than they'd need to pay him to settle).

For once I agree with you. Method Man got paid/credited when 2Pac interpolated Bring The Pain for his hook and it happens all the time but Daz ain't looking to go to court because his representation would be straight up looking and acting like this:

Daz is being super petty for this, if he does try and sue. He should also be very careful on opening a can of worms that he may not be able to handle. If Daz still reads this board my advice is TREAD LIGHTLY and don't throw stones.
