Would anyone else be interested in hearing Dre release an LP of his version of songs he likes, kinda like The Rolling Stones Miss You & The Marvin Gaye song he did in The Defiant Ones?
On a side note does anyone have an MP3 of Dre's version of the Marvin Gaye song?

Would buy. Dres mixing skills are 2nd to none and that Marvin track he worked on sounded so beautiful, he could so easily carve himself a new lane doing this and would assuage his fear of rejection by knowing that people will buy it/like it straight out of the gate as the tracks are already classics just now moderinzed with his level of polish.
Won't happen though. Would be nice if it did.

When I heard him working on those old tunes I was amazed. I hope he remix's them or at least shares some of those acapella vocals with Quik to do some as well.
I'd definitely be interested in purchasing them.

Dr. Dre has a remix of Marvin Gaye's "I Want You" somewhere
During part one of The Defiant Ones, we see Dr. Dre doing what Dre does best: working at the mixing desk in the studio, getting music to sound its crispiest. Loaded into the studio desk is the studio session for Marvin Gaye's classic "I Want You," with Dre putting his own touches on the track (including laying a dope break beat underneath). Who knows if/when/where this will turn up, but it's out there.

Regarding the Marvin Gaye track, anyone got any information on it?
