just saw it.
fuckin dope.. im a big x-men fan and this was a good movie to suffice my needs, only thing is i wish colossus was in it more.
all in all was a good movie and nightcrawler is probably the tighest character.
i recomend

gambits my fav character but where was he
who supposed to be gambit but yeah its dope but they should have had collos in more and some beast ill give it a 8/10

i went with some friends and they both love the cartoon..
we were just talkin bout it before that if gambit, beast, and collosus it would be tight.
Sinister would be cool to have in the movie too.. and jubilee but she was just a cameo.

Great movie, I read the comic books (well not xmen anymore but used to) and it was pretty consistant with that, though that part where homie says he gave wolvie claws isn't true, he always had claws, he just added adamantium to them. Good movie, Lady Deathstrike was a good character to add as a villian, and the ending was shocking, I couldn't believe they did that!

the phoenix took over jean grey's body as did jean grey took all mrs. ?? powers.. the phoenix will be the deciding factor in X3, the gold flare at the end was the phoenix still staying alive at the end..
i feel that jean grey will come back alive with super powers in the 3rd but who knows.. and im kinda pissed pyro went bad but o well..

beast was on it, but he wasnt blue, he was in the discussion panel (or was that x1?). i liked it, but there was too many inconsistencies eg: lady deathstrike not knowing wolverine etc, they're meant to be an ex couple or whatever. pyro was originally bad, so thats no suprise, they should've gone into the background of everyone better, nightcrawler doesnt have al those markings on him etc.. but it was good overall, only thing that really gets to me is the inconsistencies with rogue (no flying, no super strength) .. phoenix is going to own it in x3, im looking forward to the hulk movie a bit more than i was for x2. ghostrider might be ok, not a fan of nicholas cage though

Rogue got her superstreght and flying capibility when she touched Marvel Girl(I think) and killed her. So Rogue perminantly got MarvelGirls powers, and part of her mind, which tormented Rogue endlessly till she met Professor X, who using his telepathic powers supressed Marvel Girl's presence in Rogues mind etc... I think in the future X-MEN movies this will be shown...

Rogue (in my opinion) was the absolute best character in the comic books in the 90's era x-men... you're right though, she's nothing like the comic book version in the movie. 2 haloweens ago, when the first one came out, me and all my friends dressed up as the X-men, so everytime I see rogue in the movie, it reminds me of this girl I know, she looks EXACTLY like her (100%).

They've made such a huge mess out of wolvie's history, that they trip all over themselves in the movie, I guess that's why he didn't know lady deathstrike, etc. Like I said before, the guy said he gave wolvie claws when in the comic books you know he already had bone claws, they probably should have just left some of that stuff alone, since it's so complicated to explain (or maybe that's what they're doing by acting like he doesn't know deathstrike, etc.)

its a good movie, just a few bits wrong here & there.. just like they dont show sabertooth's relationship with wolverine in the 1st movie, or show that nightcrawler is mystiques son in the 2nd .. blah.

Yeah that movie was fuckin tight. My favorite part was the beginnin when NightCrawler was in the white house.....crazy shit....

I never got into the whole comic book thing, but this was a great movie. Man that Nightcrawler scene was WHOA!! :o
