Sorry Sccit homie you know I got to give it to ya a bit on this one... I mean not only was the once most hated Lebron brought in by the Lakers but now Dwight “Coward” who was you probably hated on even worse!!

So what’s the word out in L.A after this latest move?

it is what it is homie..

not the ideal pairing, but as long as they can help bring a title then that’s what counts.

dwight will probably see limited action and lebron will be a second option, so my money is on anthony davis rn.

if davis can stay healthy and kuzma can take that next step to all-star level, we in business.

Just ironic though... it’s like Bird comin to the Lakers or like who is some failed past Laker like.... I don’t know Del Harris comin back to coach?

Anyway, bottom line Davis and James together will be interesting and worth watching to see if that makes them a contender again.. if they fall out of contention then probably yet another splash next offseason... so this thing could drag on a bit... but somehow one day “James to the Lakers” will be some 30 for 30 show about how the enemy came to town and it looked like the good basketball move but it didn’t work out, IMHO (as an ol school fan who isn’t totally up on the NBA these days)

the difference is, dwight isn’t comin back as an integral piece .. his contract isn’t even guaranteed. he’s guna be a backup playin spot minutes.
