Title: Suicide
Post by: Ebby Web on January 31, 2020, 05:10:41 AM
What do you think of suicide?

Sinful?
Selfish?
Strategic?
Gutless?
Stronger Than Suffering?

Apparently it was termed "COMMITTING" suicide because you were committing a crime by taking your life.

Warriors are of the notion that they will take their own life rather than be taken prisoner.

Any thoughts?

I have suicidal ideation but after wimping out the last 6 times I'm pretty sure I'm too gutless to actually pull it off.

I tried slitting my wrists. Overdosing on Panadol. Hanging myself. Jumping off a building. Self immolation and suicide by cop.

Feel free to be heartless bastards. I have no faith in anybody here or just ignore me if you think I'm a pest.

It's never the answer. Your life is valuable even if you're just trolling online.

Suicide is complex. Never think everyone’s situation as it appears, but they say that suicide surpasses war as the leading cause of U.S. military deaths. Over 7,000 US solders alone committed suicide in 2012. That is a sign of humanity, the feelings of guilt, remorse, shame, dishonour, disgust. They were sent to murder a lot of innocent people (indirectly) and when the realisation kicked in, it was too much to handle.

These are (& encouragingly) human feelings, and just as important as happiness, laughter and joy because they act as a pointer of where and how we need to improve or where we need to pick back up from. Never be afraid to call these support workers and charities either, they are filled with many passionate people regardless of people’s opinions on their corporate structures (for the large ones anyway) that do care about others, have big hearts and will show that support that modern society just can’t provide in a day to day hustle and bustle.

We all have off days. Hell, it kills me that I rarely see my friends, and have that rapport with them now as I used to. Where you only see them on occasions, good and bad. But I have a family. Look at the positives in your life. Write down a list of things you like, and it at least starts to give you those pointers. Ok, you like running? Cool, after the list, refine those things. Where do you like running? What clothing? What’s your favourite running track? I’m sure you’ll have a decent list, we all would

feelings come and go

what u might feel at a certain moment, u won’t feel in another

that’s why suicide is dumb.. because we are constantly changing. when u kill yourself, you’re killing the worst version of u, but every version dies.

That’s a very unique, but very great way of explaining it. “The worst version of you”. It’s a very good take on it. What would would you suggest on how to do educate them? You said dumb, but they may very well be and need to have a different take on how to get out of it than what the current ones provide. I’ve read a lot on Barbara Rubel, and Jordan Peterson and heard many takes but this is a new one. Suicide is complex. It requires complex solutions. Every idea is valuable

i mean, the best solution i could personally suggest would be explaining it in the simplest way you can. sorta like i just did in that post. the more words you use, the more u are potentially causing confusion.

Thanks guys. I didn't kill myself. But I am currently receiving a very outdated treatment, invented in Nazi Germany, Electro Convulsive Therapy (I call it torture despite it's advancement in terms of the humane adminstration)
Personally I would refuse to subject myself to such "treatment" but I had that right revoked at a tribunal.
So much for "seeking help"
Sometimes I tell myself this is what I get for calling Sccit a kike.
Anyway.
I didn't top myself.
Infact......
I seem to have lowered myself.
Peace Lads ✌🏻

So there's a suicidal guy in the psych wards where I currently am and he said everything changed when he took the medication
Im like  "But what actually changed, situation wise?"
He said  "Nothing"
I didn't have the heart to tell him.
I just said  "Think about it"
