Hyped for this release. As you said, his albums rarely disappoint. I can see this dropping alongside the Aftermath/Dr. Dre-involved releases near the Superbowl.
Hopefully he dropped the Nipsey flow. That was one thing that irritated me with Born 2 Rap.

Documentary 2.5 in particular out of the albums you listed is brilliant, and probably my 2nd favourite Game album. 1992 is also really good and has a good vibe to it. I'm always down to hear some new Game and will check out this new album for sure.

The beats on Documentary 2.5 and quite a lot of 1992 bang hard as hell, I don’t know what you’re talking about. Game got blessed by DJ Quik, Battlecat, Bongo and others on those albums. Yes YG’s album and Bow Down both knock as well, obviously, but so do those Game albums just the same.

Game has dope lyrical ability and the potential to do great things, but he settles for mediocre bullshit. As good as a rapper he can be, and a person who's been around the world I'm sure at least anew times, going through real life issues that would make for some good ass songs, but dude would rather rap about riding through la gangbanging and name dropping and rapping with whoever is popular's flow. Nobody wants to hear about no 40 + year old grown father rapping about shit the late teen and early 20 year old brothas are going through. Unless the theme of the album is like a prequel before he was rapping then cool, but if not he needs to step his pen up. I think he has an identity crisis or some shit and looks for approval (hence the tactics he does on ig like the thirst traps, or the different hair styles and all that) he needs to get real people in his corner to tell him that the shit he doing ain't it.

Dre didnt put his fingers in Kendrick's debut, and other releases. Dre just let what kendrick and team wants to put out. Because he really has nothing to do with Kendrick's vibe. He wanted to put his finger in Paak's project "Oxnard" and it failed.

The Game has the potential to release a good album. Voice, Delivery and has a nice cadence when he's going off on pocket to the beat. However it seems like he ran out of things to rap about. Every song sounds the same and it's about a whole lot of nothing. Now surrounding himself with a bunch of yes men and it will not be a good thing. Every track he will rap about how he's underrated and the best, Compton this and that. If he would pick a topic and write about it and stick to it he has potential.

Game's entire career has virtually been mishandled. From management to promotional teams. I'll always check for new Game material but he really needs to put some responsible people on his camp to handle some of this stuff.

My apologies for the delay but fans sometimes don’t understand how hard it is behind the scenes trying to clear samples on over 30 records & to get publishing splits, agreements, mixes approved, featured artists agreements & a million other things done in order to have a clean, flawless album put together & released. What I can guarantee you is that I personally put my heart & soul into this album from beginning to the end & anyone who’s come by my studio or heard this album will tell you that it is everything you expected it to be. Everyone also wanted me to not put 30 songs on my album which again held us up due to the amount of music I’m pushing out but I felt & always feel my fans deserve more. This date gives me time to properly set up, get visually prepared & present to you another classic.

I’ve always prided myself on my transparency in tow with sharing every part of my life & myself with my family, friends & my fans… the past two weeks have been a nightmare for me. On top of that, I’ve been in therapy for 2 weeks for my back for inflamed muscles & a bruised tailbone from over working out. I also had an accident last night n cut my finger to the bone & had to recieve 6 stitches.
It’s been rough.. so I’ve decided to take a step back from my phone, social media & group settings, clubs etc so I can focus on completing my album so that my fans are happy with the delivery. The date is AUGUST 12TH 2022 & I promise you it will not change or move. I’ve given everything that I am to this album & I guarantee GREATNESS.

The freestyle is great, some savage and entertaining bars from Game, and I'm looking forward to the new album. I have no doubt it will be worth the wait, although the rumoured 30 tracks might make it a little too bloated, maybe he will cut it down last minute.
I can't believe some of this social media shit though, I'm not really exposed to it but recognise that it is pretty much a necessity in terms of promotion. Can you imagine if this was around in 1996 and 2Pac complaining that he's hurt his finger and putting pictures up?

Got through the first 15 songs. Definitely a different vibe for Game, production-wise. The only two songs that I skipped were "O.P.P" and "How Far I Came" and that's because of the features. Will finish the other half tomorrow and then spin it again to give a proper opinion but so far, it's a solid album.

This is off of my first listen. I liked the entire thing. Game doesn't disappoint with his albums. I don't understand why he put the Drake interlude, but it was funny. If this is his final one (lol), then he can be proud. I understand why people don't like it. I don't know if this is "album of the year" like he is saying, but it is one of the best of 2022 so far. This year has been shit when it comes to music.

its an okay album I think would be the best way to describe it. Its not terrible like some people are saying but its not great either. Its okay. Some good songs on there, probably about 4-5 that I would listen to in the future, album is obviously way to long, not sure what the logic behind that was? I'm unsure about hitboy as a producer especially an executive producer I just don't think he can handle a full album of beats on his own, I felt the same way with his work recently with nas. He has some stuff that slaps but over a full album I find him repetitive and a bit bland as a producer. Game is a nice mc but he is just not creative in the slightest, his art form is not at all malleable and i feel he cant bend and warp his music into anything other than the same shit his done for the last 10 years. his not evolved as an artist at all.

The album is 2 hours, but there is a lot of heat on here. Hit-Boy only produced four tracks. Just because someone else doesn't like the album doesn't mean you will too. Is this one of Game's best albums? No. Is it his worse? Not even close. I am loving more rappers dropping double albums. Every rapper should have at least one in their discography.

We live in a different era. If this was the physical era I would understand. You can put whatever you want on streaming sites. Double albums, deluxe, remix albums, instrumental albums, so many options for artists. Taylor Swift is doing her albums over like re-recording old albums with new versions and putting them on these sites. People have to come to reality and realize the old way is long gone. I play sports games and this album is perfect to listen to playing 2K for a couple of hours.

Taylor Swift re-recorded her albums because she doesn't own her masters. Very smart move on her part while she's still young and can pull off the vocals.

It was just an example of what artists can do on streaming sites. They can put more content out. Most artists don't sell physicals anymore, but I do respect the ones who do sell CDs and vinyl. I like consuming music so I have no problem with double albums or deluxe editions.

had a chance to listen, its ok nothing really caught my attention to press repeat or any lyrics worthy for rewinding to be honest but it is just ok. Production pretty much sucked on the album. Worst thing i thought is all these hit boys and new produces remaking songs that actually sound a lot worse production wise than the original songs!

After hearing this album I felt lied to.
