i went to bed at 2am and its almost 7am and i have not had a wink of sleep, not good.

well this dudes a newbie...lol....
Here is Dr. GreenQuake's Step-to-Step guide to improve 50% of all medical ailments (in addition to usually other medicines for the more complex ailments):
1. Talk to nice stoners at ur school and find the coolest dealer that slangs good CHRONIC.
2. Smoke that shit every time you need help with your medical problem (in case of sleep: toke in the night hours)- bongs, pipes, joints, whatever!
Additional tips
3. Look into "CLEAN GREENS"- smoke w/ ur towel wrapped around ur waist and then go take a (warm-hot) shower...very relaxing, and cleaning, hence the title.
4. Drank sum warm milk.
5. Busta Nut.

i did actually try cut some leaves of my canabis plant n tried to smoke them at abolut 5 am but they were too wet it kept going out and tasted like shit although i did pick two which were looking quite pale
i ust to smoke everyday, from december to april i didn't go one day without smoke and that includes christmas n everything, since then i have spent 25 quid on green thats it, its pretty cool though cos i get stoned alot more easily now cos i havn't got my resistance levels up i was doing it just to get my coursework and exams done (i was supposed to give up all together but oh well) but i think i may continue it cos i'm overdrawn got a 300 quid credit card bill to pay and i want to spend a grand on a new car.
its now 10:40am not sure weather to give sleep another go or just give up on it i got lots of work to do

i actually approve of desi quake's diagnosis..
whenever im feeling excessively energetic, i have done many of those things and they have all helped me sooner or later.

Alcohol just fucks up ur sleeping patters, doesnt get u the relaxing (for brain) sleep, its called REM Sleep or something like that...jus smoke weed , if intoxication helps u sleep ...8)
