if jackson never became coach do u think they would both still bein playin for tha lakers.  They did not get along at all b4 phil an even when they brung in phil kobe an shaq still had there personal problems wit each other for that 1st season

Most important is Gerry Vitti, the trainer. He makes sure Shaq gots all his toes, and Kobe can pull though with food poison.
