Title: €500,000 to design a production studio

Thats the project we have to do in college before christmas. We are given an imaginary €500,000 to design a production studio, from the structural design right down to soldering kits and stationary. We need to research all the gear we will use, and thats where you lot come in.

Id appreciate posts on what you would include in this studio, bearing in mind it is for an off air radio studio, ie mixers, synths etc etc, and the more obscure the better.
