I think it's only average. Normally on every Missy album there's something that is competely new for - like I think the beat for "Get Ur Freak On" (second-last album) and the hook for "Work It" (last album) were something new - but on this one I don't find anything what I could consider "new". No doubt Timbo' changed his style of producin' a little bit (like on "Wake Up"), but it's nothing new (now it's soundin' like the "former" Neptunes). And what I hate about Missy albums is that she thinks she has to sing on a few songs - without the sung tracks it would probably be much better! But so it's only average.
