Christians are beautiful people, they do amazing things everyday that go unnoticed, they were the first ones on a plane to Afganistan after the war broke out to help the starving children of a nation who had controdicting political and spiritual views. It didn't matter, the Christians were just there to help, and show them the love of Jesus, they did not try and impose their religion, they just offered relief to a large number of families who really needed and appreciated it.

Why Thank You! Muslims are very, very devout people. They pray to god 5 times a day, and would never, ever, ever, do something they feel is inconsistant with god's will. They would even be killed rather than deny Allah or do something to offend him.

Why thank you Trauma. One of my favorite Christians is Jesse Jackson. He gets hated on alot but nobody is perfect. He does alot of posotive things for his community, and always speaks with the upmost intelligence in interviews.
Christianity holds communities together, and teaches kids at a young age right from wrong. You should be very proud of your religion.

Why, Thank You! See, the thing I like about Islam, is that muslims dont get caught up in the materialism of the world. You'll never see a muslim making fun of another kid at school, because he doesn't have the new jordans, or something. You'll never see a muslim refuse a request by someone in need, and you'll never see a muslim with a pompous ego, because they know that God is the one true power in the world. Muslims are usually very well educated cats, too, very intelligent. God Blessed Muslims!!!!

Sikhs Are Beautiful People Too. Man, the most devout ones make obligations to god, to wear certain things forever, etc. they grow their beards as an outward sign that they love and follow god, that takes a great amount of determination. Sikhs are also really good at sharing food, LOL. They go out of their way to feed people before they themselves eat. Wow.

Good thread. I don't hate anyone, or any religion. I have respect for anyone who has respect for thier religion, and other religions. Like I've said before, I hope to see you all in heaven someday so we can keep on arguing about other things.

what i find kinda funny is that people seem to forget that Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are connected and could basically be considered a progression. The fact that things such as the crusades, holocaust, and 9/11 occured shows how people can forget the facts and all the things that there religion really stands for. I also find it fairly said that we spend a great deal of time arguing over which is best and which is true when all actually pray to the same god.

Ummmm, I dont recall myself engaging in any of those beefs cuz I saw them as point-less.....Tha only time I came in was when Reverend Made tha most ignorant statement sayin "Islam is a lie".....

Really, blade's a sikh, and they tought us about it in Institute (church class)... Like I said before, they only teach positive aspects of the other religions, although you wouldn't believe it, it's a very unbiased, fair look at all religions... and I would say if I was gonna join another religion, (which I wouldn't unless I wasn't in america, and even then I wouldn't, but you underdig), I would either be a Zoroastrian, or a Sikh. Beautiful religion.

I know it still exists today in India and Iran but why did your Church decide to study that of all religions?

It's one of the 13 distinct religions in the world... one of the 13 most 'distinct' even though it's ancient, and there's only about 20,000 Zoroastrians still alive. We spent a whole week on it, again, just to be fair, LOL. They don't allow converts, so I couldn't join it anyways. That's why they're dying off, they think converts would pollute the religion.
The reason I admire it, is because I like their beliefs, basically, and also because It's mentioned in the bible. It's the only religion mentioned positively in the bible (besides judaism), and the 'wise men' were probably zoroastrians. Wasn't ancient persia Zoro for a long time? You oughta know ALL about that, right? The persian king (who I believe was a zoroastrain, but not positive, sorry) that rebuilt jerusalem was considered a great man in the bible.
Also, they don't worship fire, but it's a mighty fine line, it'd be easy for someone to think that about them, and that's the biggest criticism of their faith. Peace~

But when I have Im not selfish I believe you give with a giving heart not exspecting in return God will bless you... So we all get blessed in the long run!
