Usually when kanye uses a sample that has already been used, he does it better.....but this pales in comparison to the way it was flipped on that Old Times Sake song off ATR sdtrk. Common also used this sample better than this; however, its a tight song still, just not as dope as it could've been. I'm a HUGE fan of Kanye, but he is doing too much and running out of great beats.......

kanye makes good beats, but im getting tired of all the samples sounding the same and shit. hes becoming just as unoriginal as puff daddy using samples.

There's also a remix with the passin me by beat, its pretty tight too.......some guy named Dj Illmatic made it....now usually i dont go for these lame ass homemade remixes, but this one is pretty tight to be honest. Besides, all Kanye did was use a beat that has been used many times before also........

Its too bad someone has to have 500 posts, i think that is a little excessive. It took me about a year to get that many, just as it takes all people who
a) are committed to a job
b) have a girlfriend and friends off the internet they hang out with
c) understand that being on the internet all day everyday has no positive outcomes
Maybe knock it down to about 300. That may seem like nothing to you guys at 10,000 freaking posts already, but it is actually quite a few for normal cats

i agree its not kanye's best beat and not the average summer track, but I kinda like the feel this song has to it, Latoiya Williams adds a nice touch to it
