I agree homie.....Wit' all the tight producer's Snoop has around him, u won't even miss the Dre hype that much.
Tha Doggfather was a slammin' westcoast lp ImO Dj Pooh got down on that ish....
if it's anything like that....it's on.
Dre is one of the best producer's, but an apprence or lack of one will not make or break Snoop Dogg ImO.

Word!!! I wouldnt be dissapointed at all if this album sounds like Tha Doggfather........imo that album is his 2nd best album(with Tha Last Meal a close 3rd)........Shit.......I know that if there is no Dre it gonna be weird to hear a Snoop album witout no Dre again but Snoop got somethin' to prove to tha hataz.......... ;)

with funky track featuring Daz,Tray Deee,Nate Dogg ,Too SHort, Soopafly ,Charlie Wilson
damn "Snoop's Upside ya head" was tight and funky also the DPG/213 tracc "Groupie" that shit was hotttt

yeah word, WTF Doggfather was a pure GFUNKA, i cant believe you said that. You definitly need to go get it out and blast it again.
How can u not like songs like Groupie??? Thats a second version of Aint No Fun. Just an example, but almost all the tracks are str8 heaters and bangers.

Dj Pooh produced a lot of tracks here
(Dr.Dre & Dj Pooh both produced the track "The Wash", he is also the director of the "Friday"-movies)
Pooh is in my top three list of producers right next to Dre & Warren G. He also produced "When we ride" for Tupac on "All Eyez On Me".
You should really check it out again, especially the Pooh tracks on there.

I didnt like the album when it dropped in 9-6 cuz i was expecting the same sound as "Doggystyle" also the album was HYPED AS FUCK!!! Even here in Sweden...

Dr.Dre only did 7 beatz for the last the albumz so I dont see why ya trippin and I think that if he didnt use Dre its because he wanna put his producers on the map like : Fredwreck,Meech,Josef,Jelly Roll etc.

Dizammmmmmmmmmnn!! I didnt know i was gonna get sooo may people upset,lol. IMO i thought snoop upside yo head was way too comercial. And doggfather is nothing like doggfood. Doggfather cant even touch that album and every1 in here knows it. Anywayz, ill go give it another try, and I do remeber that my favorite track was the 1 that went "Eastside,L-B-C, is what i claim but my game is DPG!! That track iz str8 heattttttttt! Peace playaz
