Some considerations:
1. Cavs built their team around LeBron. Lakers didnt build a thing around Kobe. He started as the sub of Eddie Jones.. and when he grew up, he had the team built around Shaq (litterally: the Lakers traded 6-7 players for him). He grew up in a system where he wasnt "the" (only) star. But a promising young who played with the most dominant center ever. Then he started to win some titles with Shaq, he started to have a better role in the team, and he's now a leader with the team built around him. You cant compare LeBron, playing in a terrible team and averaging good stats with a player who won 3 titles, in the best team of the NBA. If you do, it's like if you compare banana's with potato's. You know what i mean?
2. LeBron is the most exciting young player in the league. No doubt. But if you dont get the difference between Kobe Bryant and Tracy McGrady/LeBron James then i cant help you. I mean one thing is to have great stats. Totally another thing is to play in the play offs, or to litterally carries the team (the best in the NBA) over your shoulders, like Kobe did in 99% of the 4th quarters of the last 3-4 years. It's just another GAME, another thing, totally another thing.
3. LeBron averages 4 minutes per game more than Kobe.

Man i aint tripping, and yes i'm still a Laker. I mean i'm not the kind of fan who dreams about impossible things, i'm realistic. Like i told you many times i'm a Laker fan since Ceballos used to do surf during the play-offs and Van Exel used referees as a punjiball, so.. i can accept negative seasons. Expecially now that the team is a mid level team and not a top team. I knew this was going to be an hard year for us, i accept it. Still you have to consider Lakers played 4 games on the road, against teams who are better than the ones Cleveland faced. And you have to consider we miss 3 good (i mean comparing them to the rest of the roster) players like Medvedenko, Divac and George. Not superstars, but we need them. And that's the truth.

What i mean is that Penny looked awesome in his first years. Then he got injured, then he lost his confidence, now he's just a wack SG who's paid 15m $ per year. You know what i mean? You never know. You cant say how a player will be in 10 years. Look at Kobe Bryant. He strarted with all them airballs against Utah, remember them? He started on the bench, and Jones was the starter. Phil even asked to trade him in 2000! Then he took Lakers over his shoulder and he became the man you most wanna see with the ball in his hands in the 4th quarter. You gotta give LeBron a couple of years and more time to learn the game. Yes, he's fantastic! Yes, he's in the top5 SG's of the league. But let's give him some time. He plays in a wack team, where he'll never win a title. We gotta see if he'll move from there, and if he'll have one day a team built around him and built to win. And you gotta see him finally playing in the play-offs, TO WIN. Cause it's totally different from playing in the Cavs, trust me.
Anyway Lakers have now a tied record, with a big W in Houston, after 5 straight on the road. That's a surprise for me, it's a great record considering the skills of the team and the absence of Divac, George, Medvedenko and, let me hope about it, Karl Malone.

That's true, but I'm just saying the "age" thing becuase Lebron is doing things at the age of 19 that some can only dream of. Today I watched Denver vs Houston and oh my god McGrady was beyond horrible. Bryant and LeBron are the 2 best SG's now. Look at the record of Cavs compared with the one of the Lakers :D Plus Cavs just had a bad start with losing first three games.. but after that.. 8) And you really can't say there are good players on the team except LeBron.. a few days back when he had 43 points noone else had even 10, box office score looked funny. Anyways, so far this season goes I really can't see how Kobe is supposed to be lightyears better than LeBron.. what the hell makes you say that? LeBron has better stats, & the worse team.. those 2 things are facts.

Wade? Man Wade already proved last year he's a great player since he led Miami, a mid-level team, into the Play Offs, as a rookie. Melo also led Denver, a wack team, into the Play Offs, as a rookie. You cant even compare LeBron to those 2 players, yet. If Cavs will make the play offs (i'm pretty positive they will, but we're still in November, so..), LeBron can be considered as good as those two 2nd year players. And yes, if Wade will win 2-3 titles with Miami (and Shaq), he'll be on Kobe's level for sure. But let the kid lead his wack team into the Play Offs first!
