lets make a topic about all the stupid stuff about america heres a couple to get the ball rolling
They name their baseball league 'the world series' when only american teams play in it.
Americans get millions for being stupid eg. that guy who sucessfully sued the car manufacturer after crashing because he put his car on cruise control and went in the back to make himself a coffee and didn't steer him away from hazards. ONLY IN AMERICA!

actually there is a team in canada also. the 2nd team that played in canada was just moved to washington.
now obviously they dont play in the WS every year, but none the less, there are teams in other countries that have the possibility of playing in the World Series

For the world series, the first one was in 1902 or something like that, when the United States was the only country to have professional baseball. Then other places got leagues. I always was a believer though that every year, our champions should play Japan's champions as a true World Series. Plus, all the best players in the world do move to the U.S. to make more money than anywhere else. The teams maybe here, but consider at one time the LA Dodgers had all 5 starting pitcher from different countries, and complete with a every international lineup. So our players are very international.
As for dumb things Americans do, well let me just start and stop by saying they believe Bill O'Reily and Rush as their main source of news when Rush is a racist and O'Reily worked for tabliod news outlets his whole life before getting his show with Fox.
