we've had this before, I don't like the topic either, i'll still say Pac & Biggie got an entire legacy revolving around their murders and they had a big career before they died, it would be hella strange if they hadn't and maybe people would nowadays be bitching about how they fell off and make watered down records etc; especially in Big's case I wouldn't be surprised...
plus, even tho Pac most likely died cause of suge, he started becoming so fuckin belligerent when he got on Death Row and started various beefs, threw accusations at everybody, wished death upon rappers cause he thought they bit his style etc...i dunno, some people will prolly hate me for this, but i feel sorrier for Big L who from all i know got blasted over some shit his brother had done, or for Pun who died more or less cause of his hate. Also, these two were the most talented rappers out of all that come to my mind that have died and especially Big L would have deserved much more of a career.........so if i gotta pick one, Big L

Pac. And not just because he's my fav, but because I honestly think he would take the game back to where its supposed to be. Hip hop is so watered down and fucked up right now its ridiculous. If Pac was here, all these fake/wack ass rappers would be run out of the industry.

Poetic by far. (imo the most talented one too, he just doesn't have a big enough catalogue but lyricism and flow on Nightmare In A-Minor, tracks like One Life n shit have never been topped by anyone ever imo)

I think Orlando Anderson was an excuse for Suge, but nevertheless, same point, he beat his ass up merely cause he had been told that guy had done some shit
and damn, i forgot about poetic. i still say Big L as first choice, but he was a very talented rapper too and his death is sad as hell

quite a few peeps say they know for a fact that orlando did it while other theorys like Suge being responsible are based on evidence but no proof and nobody really knows it, that's why I'm pretty sure orlando did it cause I don't see the point for all them who say he did it to lie.. (most recently spider loc for example)
but anyway as you said the point is the same
