what does this mean if a seller for a car states this?

the car has been wrecked, but it has been pretty much completely repaired.  will still seem like a brand new car, but in reality it has been wrecked pretty bad.  decreases the value of the car, but great for someone looking to get a good deal on a car when buying one.

Then you can't sell for shit and your auto insurance don't payout as much...right?
