get the fuck off my dick, i have my own opinions
and ill explain them since yall are so into my post, lol
this is who we think are legends right? well, biggie didnt do much for me imo, i really didnt get affected by his music, he was just another dope rapper out the east. maybe i havent heard his shit enough or whatever
Eazy E, well to be real he didnt do much, he didnt produce, he didnt write, he just rapped and had a big mouth, he was tight and all, but he didnt do much for bone either, he just got them signed and gave them a few tips, look at E99, that came after eazy e died, art of war too, and i think those are way better than what eazy helped them on, but whatever, eazy was a part of nwa and did help start gangsta shit, and showed the world bone, so thats good enough for me i guess, so enough of the bitching
OMG biggie and eazy arent legends on his list but bonefagsnharmony are! ::) :P

Bone's put in more work than half of that list......Yall dun make me list all tha shit they did again.......jeeez.
If yall' consider Nas a Legend....then I'll place Jigga next to him anyday. Jay has Nas matched for anything he ever dropped. I placed Jigga cause I know yall' have a fucken hard on for him.
Bone is tight......But to me personaly....all I feel is Bizzy.
The other's are back-up's to him ImO.
And they ain't "Harmony" without him.
But I can understand why some of yall' feel them the way u do.

Way too many Snoop dickriders on here. How is Snoop a legend, but Bone isnt?? Snoop made ONE classic album. Bone made TWO classic albums, at least one near-classic album, and a number of 4-4.5 mic caliber albums.

I'm I the only one that doesn't feel any Bones Thugs material or understand how they can be considered in the hip-hop elite?
-
I'm I the only one that doesn't feel any Bones Thugs material or understand how they can be considered in the hip-hop elite?
yeah pretty much
-
I'm I the only one that doesn't feel any Bones Thugs material or understand how they can be considered in the hip-hop elite?
Two words:
E.1999 Eternal
one of the greatest hip hop albums ever recorded.
-
I'm sure a lot of people feel their style, and they are original I'll give them that, however, you can never say any one of those guys are legendary emcees. In the same league as a Kane, a Rakim or a Nas.
-
I'm I the only one that doesn't feel any Bones Thugs material or understand how they can be considered in the hip-hop elite?
nope, youre not....
-
Eazy E, well to be real he didnt do much, he didnt produce, he didnt write, he just rapped and had a big mouth
Did Eazy never write his lyrics?

Notorious BIG- Yes
Rakim- Yes
Dr. Dre- Yes
Bone Thugs- No
Eazy- E- Yes
Ice Cube- Yes
Jay-z- No
Eminem & Nas- "Illmatic" is a legendary album and Eminem is so famous and unique that he will be a legend in a few years.
-
Did Eazy never write his lyrics?
I think he co-wrote sum shit, but he always had ghostwriters far as I know. He is a legend, but an overrated one IMO
-
Okay, let me put my list up too
Snoop dogg: when you make your first appearance on probably the biggest rap-album of al time, and you're an immediate superstar, your probably allready a legend ......... if you drop another classic solo-album after that... people CAN'T deny you're a legend.
2pac: Simply the biggest artist ever in rapmusic, has to be considered a legend, even if you hate him like some people do. His whole career has been legendary......
Notorious BIG: Don't get me wrong, I like biggie. But he was nothing new to me....... His style allready existed, he just improved it, so I don't consider him a legend.
Eminem: I'm not his biggest fan, but looking at what he has achieved in his career....... He's definately a legend
Rakim: Switched the game up: legend
Dr. Dre: Introduced a whole new sound: Legend
Bone thugs: People surprised me on this one....... It's okay to dislike them, but denying their legends???????????? That's just WRONG....... They made one of the best rap-singles of all time ( crossroads ), won a grammy, came with a new sound and have a career that allready lasted 10 YEARS, and still hasn't ended: 10 years of multi-platinum albums........... Believe me, they're legends
Eazy-e: He is a legend, nothing more, nothing less
Ice-cube: Same as eazy
Jay-z: nothing new to me, so ---> far from a legend
Nas: he made illmatic...... what else would you call him
-
I think he co-wrote sum shit, but he always had ghostwriters far as I know. He is a legend, but an overrated one IMO
This is a bit strange since nobody gives Dre any rap credits cause he ain't writing his lyrics.
But everybody gives Eazy credit although he didn't write his lyrics neither.
I always thought he only didn't write everything.
His lyrics were pretty simple and he didn't write them - where the fuck is the difference to Dre?
The only difference I see is Dre produced his shit and Eazy didn't.
I still think Eazy's a tight rapper just like I think Dre's a tight rapper but if yall don't agree (and I know nearly everybody don't) tell me what were Eazy's skills..?
-
I think he co-wrote sum shit, but he always had ghostwriters far as I know. He is a legend, but an overrated one IMO
Eazy is overrated lol? and 2pac isnt right?
-
if nobody can answer my question about Eazy's skills that tells much....
