Post by: C-Swift on January 20, 2005, 03:34:24 PM
Why does it seem like every year there is always a few of them coming out with weak singles that lead to weak albums with weak hits.

Yep, Peter Gunz.

I saw them live a couple of years ago. Well, only Lord Tariq because Peter Gunz had just had a baby and couldnt perform.

I agree with j-kwon ,but cassidy is still around he has one of the sickest flows. just becuz he might not be on mtv bet etc doesnt mean he isnt spitting hot lyrics on mixtapes etc  cuz he is doing that. dont depend on the mainstream media to keep u updated on whats new

Record labels don't care about quality anymore... they'll put 1 or 2 good songs on an album and the rest is bullshit. I hate that shit.

Whatever happened to that rapper Queen Pen that used to work with Teddy Riley. She disappeared into thin air. There was that rapper Sole, who had a song back in 99 or 2000, she had some video where she was wearing an Indian costume. She was fine as fuck.

Remember "Back to the Hotel" by N2Deep? That was a west coast one hit wonder classic right there.
