I honestly didnt really feel either verse that much. Authentic, your shit flowed real nice. But your punches were strait out of a LL Cool J/Kool Moe Dee battle lol. Not to diss, but real shit...a lot of em were pretty played out homie. Rod, i seen WAY better from you...im sure youd agree that this was under par for you. But i still say you took this one. Just based on, your punches were way harder, and more creative. A couple didnt quite make sense, like tha "elemetary" line....12 yr olds arent usually in elementary still, but hey....ive known 21 yr old seniors in high school...so u neva know lol. Overall, Rod took this shit.

Authentic came pretty hard but i think rod took this one. Yall got the same style but rod just articulated it better. Harder punches, better rhyming, flow on point.. everything was basically a step above authentic... but keep spittin homie u dope..

Both verses were on a proffesional level. I don't know anything about this cat authentic, but his verse was blazing. Really, I think in a way he may have had a better verse. It was really too close to call. I try to look at these verses objectively, but it was so close I have to vote personally, and Rod's verse fits the style I like a little more. I grew up in the 90's, Rod still has a little bit of an old school 90's feel to me, while Authentic sounded like one of the new cats comin up in hip-hop that I don't really feel all that much (maybe this was because of all the references to current rappers and their music).
Sorry I couldn't give any better reasons then that, but it was really too close.

Zillas: Shows a LOT of talent... but a little too complicated, a lot of those rhymes get skipped over wen u readin it on a computer, u cant get credit for ur skills wen u got that style
Authentic: great rap and i was feelin it throughout (except for optional like BLT, that was an obvious filler) simpler than rodzillas but i was impressed
Skillwise, vote goes to zilla, but since this is an online battle where ur vocal flows style aint considered...

[size=08pt]Hats off to both competitors, but in my opinion...Authentic took this 1 hands down. His punches seemed to hit harder when I read them. Maybe it was the structure/format, but his flow was nicer too. Though Rod had some sick shit as well, which made it hard to reach a decision...but I think, lyrically, Authentic just brought the heat, str8 up. From a battler's stand point, it's who can out-Rhyme & out-Wit the opponent, so there's my 2 cents. Props to both MC's, this was a great battle on both parts/sides..much respect.
