...where the fuck is "Oh My God"????
He said it was done in some interview, right!?
Damn! the hype is starting to slow down wich is not good at all...
Yall feel me?
Peace

He said around the time of Truth's release to look for it in the winter of 2002. What else do you want? HipHopSite just reported that him and Mel-Man wrapped the album up and are gonna chill out, then begin serious work on "Detox."
Peep 411..

We'll probably just have to wait 3 years to get it when it's on Greedy Green Records or some other no name because it never came out on Aftermath.
-
The homie Mellow Man came by a few weeks ago and said it was NOT done. so Dre ain't sittin on nuthin. He still workin on it.
I just don't some of yall. You bitch and complain about how long it takes for these albums to come out, and when they do, some of you say something like dis: " oh, I wish they could have put more time into it. It would have sounded alot better."
some peeps just don't get it.
TIME = CLASSIC

Well, time does equate to a classic. Look at "2001." Shit was supposed to drop in like '98. Then it got pushed to the summer, then September, October...then finally on the 21rst of November '99 it dropped.

True, BUT!!! 2 years!!? Then its guaranteed as an instant hiphop classic, right!? Dre should remove his fatazz and let it loose goddammit!!
And by the way, he´s not doin the whole album, Premier doin the other half or less.
Wonder wich one of them taking so long, problably Dre, fukkin perfectionist (sarcastic)
BTW - the second half of Doggystyle were done in a week and if u ask me, thats the half that got the greatest songs on the album. Time has nothing to do with it, creativity does.

Naw, the second half of Doggystyle was rushed and it's straight up classic shit and if u do have a certain amount of time more of it won't make ur album better and it's all about ur skills
-
The thing is, when so much time is taken to release an album, it REALLY hypes it up, so everybody is EXPECTING a classic album. Even if an album is decent and it's being pushed back forever, people will be disappointed.
-
Yeah. But look how much music has changed since the doggystyle days. It was easy to come out wit shit like that cause it wasn't so competative. Dre is trying to change tha game now. and that takes time. Back then there was really no game to change. Cause Dre and snoop came and did it first. And I am NOT sayin Doggstlye and Chronic are not good. Of course thay are good. I'm just sayin that music changes wit time. and 95% of the time you get the good shit cause peeps took time on it. It's a rule of life. You only get out of something what you put into it. Music is no different. yall feel me?
