Title: G unit members shooting up Oklahoma
Post by: Drudge on February 22, 2005, 06:33:49 PM: Sohh reports: Homicides detectives are investigating a series of recent shootings that they suspect were committed by a new Tulsa, Oklahoma street gang dubbed The G-Unit.

According to News On 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright, The G-Unit is named after 50 Cent's Rap crew and record label of the same name. Tulsa police says the local G-Unit is modeling themselves after the Queens rapper's gangsta image and is leading to waves of violence. Real talk, dumb motherfuckers was always poppin them thangs, them gats, way before G-Uni. motherfuckers make me sick blaming hip-hop for violence, there was violence before hip-hop, fuck anybody who feels like BILL O' REILLY when it comes to blaming music, particularly hip-hop, for social ills.
