I'm gonna miss Ishii, but at least we now have an upgrade from Ross.... 8)

^Phillips numbers the last two season

2003 was basically his rookie year, the 2 years before he only had a few at bats....not bad for playing behind Piazza, just think about how much better he would get as an every day player for the Dodgers

this is a good trade for both teams.  Hopefully ishii can step it up in nyc
