do buy cd's or burn them. I burn them now cept for rare occasions if one of my favorite rappers or groups is droppin an album. but cd's r jus 2 much money now. i dont got 13-19 bucks to throw around. If all cd's were like 7.99-8.99 i would cop a lot more cd's but i jus dont have tha money buy cd's anymore. there are a lot of cd's i wanna buy but i gotta burn them. why do u think rap sales r down. cuz majority of tha peeps that buy rap dont got tha money to go buy these albums

I prefer to buy.. If i burn an album it'll only be beacuse its been leaked.. I got about two albums in my collection that have been burned.

I always buy, i wanna have the actual OG copy. Iam a cd collector anyways.
You guys don't gotta go to the Wherehouse,Sam Goody, or any of these big chain stores that sell cd's for 15.99 and up. I feel y'all pain.
There's best buy and target. Believe me they sell cd's cheap. Just this week I bought the Scarface for 12 bucks at Target.
And theres even a better place to buy,

If it's by an artist(s) that i like, and not jus wanna hear the album, then i'll buy it (eg any wu tang, DPGC or jus a good rapper that i think deservers my £15.) otherwise i'll download it to see if i wanna go buy their shit

Besides the sound quality of Mp3 tracks is always fucked over compared to the real thing.
Nothin' like the authentic.
But if the music will never see the light of day......and we got our hands on it somehow..That's what the net & Burning is all about.

if it's a big album i expect it to be around £15-17 (around $25)
and if it's on import it's like £20 ($30)
that's why i mostly burn unless they artists i feel that deserve that money. i'd DEF buy ras kass's shit, most wu tang shit, and most dpgc. then other artist's that i'd want the authentic cd of. but most of them don't deserve shit, cuz they ain't shining anymore

But I understand the burning if you live outside of the states....(Imports are hella expensive) but if you live in the U.S. ain't no-way $13 bucks is breaking ya down.....no way.
Just hit sum' foo up on the street snatch a purse or two....lol

I buy a lot, I don't burn any full albums. I might d/l and barely listen to them, but if I d/l something and really like it I will buy it for sure. Like I have some full albums on my computer that I will buy soon as I find them cheap. I won't buy a soundtrack for like 2 or 3 songs on it.

I buy a whole bunch of albums that I download way early. I support the west coast. Shit just last week I even bought an eazy E cd and I have had the songs for years.

I didn't say I never burnt a CD in my life but usually I buy, I only got a few burnt ones. I never burn shit by less comercially successful acts (except for CD's I lost or got scratched up) cause they need to be supported most. Plus I never downloaded a whole album, only single songs

If you are insinuating that I am lying, I guess you are right. It really brings me complete joy when I lie to people on the internet about whether I will buy a cd or not. As a matter of fact I just busted a nut I'm so thrilled to have fooled everyone, but now I guess everyone knows I'm a lier.
