For those of you that are following the debate over the 'nuclear' option that Sen. Frist wishes to invoke to eliminate the democrats ability to filibuster far right judicial nominees the following link is particularly humorous.

Republican Senator Isakson on the filibuster:

Of course that was months ago when republicans were busy arguing about the Iraqi success.  Isakson calls the filibuster a pillar of american democracy.  Now Sen Frist and other republicans openly brag about going 'nuclear' and eliminating the filibuster.  Cheney voiced his own opinion this week in support of the 'nuclear option' and again we have an excellent example of republicans showing their proclivity for hypocrisy.

nuclear power doesnt cause that much pollution...

Yeah, fuck the democrats.  I say we use the nuclear option, we're in power, abuse away!  Yay!
