E-40 ain't the fastest, but sometimes he can spit so fucking fast. Check out the track 40 and C-Bo, from C-bo's album till my casket drops. E-40 raps so damn fast on that track, and the track that he has with master p on the last don, at least I think he raps fast on that one, haven't heard it in a long ass time.

U all should listen to "Way 2 Strong" by Bizzy, Half way through that track he goes mental and rapped faster than anyone i ever heard in my life but he only does it for about 6 -8 seconds.
But bloody hell.

I think that Twista is the fastest 'real' rapper, but the absolute fastest are probably: JC-001 (real name Jonathon Chandra Pandy), Daddy Freddy, and Rebel XD.
