you posted in a thread that you did that for awhile. were you constantly hungry? and what did you eat? what was your diet like? how many meals/snacks a day, and what kind of food was it. how long were you able to do it for?

I skipped breakfast, ate fruit/vegetables/salad for lunch, and a light dinner of chicken breast and vegetables. No snacks. I did it for about 5 days a week for 3 weeks (the other 2 days of the week i would treat myself to some fast food). I pretty much went to bed hungry, it wasn't fun. When i did that and exercising I got great results though. Even after I gave up on the diet it seemed like my metabolism sped up because i kept dropping weight.
I heard something about when you starve yourself for a period of time, your body goes into weight loss mode and burns excess fat even after you start eating normal again.
One downside I had was I lost a little muscle mass too. It wasn't that much tho.
So pretty much it was a crazy idea that worked to my advantage.

yeah that's true, i went to the gym everyday for 5 weeks recently, and ate healthy and shit, lost 18 pounds, and now it's been 3 weeks i've been eating normally again and haven't even been to the gym and i'm still loosing some weight..

if you workout or run without sufficient amounts of energy your body burns muscle first.

hey i wouldnt reccomend that shit......
remember the body is made for survival, you can go without food for like 30 days or something
best way for weight loss is SMALL, FREQUENT meals.
so eat like 4-6 small meals a day.
and cut carbs after 5/6pm when your body metabolizes them slower. Easy.
oh and drink water like you have never drunk water before..........MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE

Yeah, that's key right there. I only drink soda once or twice a week when I go out. I might have some OJ in the morning, but I drink nothing but water all day.

btw, my dinner tonight consiting of 2 burritios probably equaled 1000 calories, and then add 2 beers on that. and thats only dinner.

my dinner consisted of my own large peperoni and sausage pizza and water. thats about 2500 calories. ate a 12 inch meatball sub at lunch too. still skinny as fuck.

i only eat 1 meal a day, play bball, lift weights, and drink nuthin but water when im thirsty, im tryin to cut down my beer belly so i wont be drinking for a few months untill i get back in shape
