I dont understand y a lot of people hate on this guy. I think he is tight as a rapper and as a vocalist, a lot of people say he ruined a lot of the tracks on the last meal. I dont think he did though. Have any of u read the book westsiders stories of boys in the hood , it was written a couple of years ago. There is small chapter on him sayin how he was struggling to get a deal and look after his 4 kids and his wife. I no he has already had a couple of albums out, but what are they called and are they any good? Is there any news on a new album?

On most of the songs I like him, but sometimes I'm not feeling him. ;)

kokane is fuckin tight. i can undertsand why some ppl don't like him cos i didn't ust to but now i love his shit. alot ofppl didn't think much to the recent bootleg of his stuff, but i thaught it was straight heat with a couple of exceptions. it all depends on what your into, i'm a big george clinton fan so it kinda makes sense i like kokane also.

Kokane is tight as hell. He is an OG from way back on Ruthless Records and always brings the funk.
If you don't like Kokane, then go listen to Ja Rule and DMX, because you know nothing about westcoast hip hop.

koke is hard...people dont like him cuz he aint nate dogg....he was out before nate dogg was even in 213....hes been a big part of the west coast...hes not no snoop prodigy like people think

this guy might be the most talented artist on dogghouse, you don't have to like him but you do need to respect his skills the range on his voice is awsome. and i really like him rapping i wich he'd do it a little more

well i cant stand him at all....to me he ruins a lot of songs...i only listened to the last meal for like a 2 weeks..cause he was on all the tracks and i couldnt stand to hear him..he ruined the last meal for me and a lot of people..i cant stand his wailing, whinning, annoying ass voice...i've only liked him only on like 3 tracks ...if he is featured a lot on a paid the cost..im not getting it....i think people like nate dogg and butch cassidy are far supperior...if he was just featured on a track or two it might be alright..

It seems I'm one of the few who actually loves Kane's music. His albums are underrated gems - I hope he'll work with Big Hutch again in the near future.

Hell yeah...."Slow Burnin'" is a classic! He definitely needs to hook up with Hutch again. Kokane is the reason I listened to "Tha Last Meal" so much. I like Nate Dogg as well, but I get tired of listening to his hooks. I never get tired of Kokane's.
