Damn I went into Best Buy today and before we were thru the lobby we had 3 people ask if they could help us.  then we we checkin out cds and another 3 different people asked us.  I was looking at DVDs and i had 3 and my fiance had 2 aske her if we needed help.  damn they must be some starvin ass niggas over there.  trying to make a sale!

Foo u shood be glad they do dat i fuckin hate wen u go to a store and no one even tries to help u and wen u find someone to help u they are already helpin someone else

everytime i go to best buy i know where everything is,lol. the only time you need help is if you need them to get something from the back (like a computer a big ass tv)

me personally i hate it when they ask me that shit when it's obvious i don't

Lol, same here. If I need help, I'll ask for it. I know that they're just trying to do their job as good as possible but it can be annoying as hell. Especially when you're having a bad day...

i talked to my buddy who USED to work there and he said that they are commissioned and if they dont meet quotas then they get screamed at in the back every shift until they start sellin shit

yeah they are just doin thier job but damn gettin asked over and over is annoying as fuck. Could be worse though it could be like Wal-Mart where no one gives a fuck cause they get paid shitty wih no benefits.

Anyway, it must be annoying them asking if you need help but some of the casual music listeners will need help finding things more than real music fans, they should be able to tell the difference though.

most of the time they'll ask me if I need help finding anything unless I actually need help.  Many times when an independent record is out and I'm checking to see if they have it, they are nowhere in sight.
